空港からは少し離れていますが、Grabを使用すれば問題ないかと思います。スタッフの対応やお部屋の清潔さはいい感じです。何よりサウナとプールがあるのでそれがよかったです。

落ち着けて快適

3回目の滞在です。2泊しましたが、快適に過ごせました。場所は空港、マカティ、マビニ、バクララン、MOA等も比較的近く何処へ行くにも便利だと思います。周辺にはファーストフードや薬局(薬だけでなくコンビニの様な品揃え)等も有ります。まだ他の日本人の宿泊者に会った事はないですが、このホテルには以前からの日本人の常連の方もいるようで、併設のレストランでは簡単な日本食も頂けます。スタッフにも多少の日本語が話せる方もおります。部屋は絨毯敷きでベッドも広々しマットの硬さも柔らか過ぎず私には快適です。洗面は広く、バスタブが有りますのでゆっくりお湯に浸かれます。屋上にはジム、プールとリクライニングのビーチチェアも有りリフレッシュ出来ます。(プールは少し深めなので、お子様には浮き輪持参を勧めます。) 朝食はアメリカンブレイクファーストとフィリピンスタイル等から選べ、更にフルーツとパンはブッフェ式になってます。フライトの関係で今回チェックアウトがam3:30でしたので、事前に朝食のテイクアウトをリクエストしました。ハムとチーズのサンドイッチとミネラルでした。スタッフは皆笑顔と対応が良く、次回も是非利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

ヘラルドスイーツソラナ３泊（ビジネス）

デラックスルームを予約しましたが、UPGRADEして頂き、またチェックイン時の対応、スピードも全く問題ありませんでした。ホテルの部屋はやや古い感じはしますが、浴槽あり、WIFIも問題なく、値段を勘案すると非常にコストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。ホテルの方も親切でした。朝食も和定食があり日本人にとっては有難いです。ホテルの周りは人通りが少なく安心感はありませんでしたが、夜出歩かなければ全く問題ないと思います。

色々改悪で次回は躊躇

以前はお気に入りでしたが、オーナーが変わったらしく色々改悪されてた。１．お気に入りの和定食の朝食は１００ペソの追加料金。２．マカティーのシャトルサービス廃止３．部屋のセフティーボックスは使えづロービー横のセフティーボックスで貴重品預かり（面倒くさい）４．お湯の濁りが激しい（給水管か貯水槽のメンテ不足が考えられる）前面道路の騒音は、他のプラス評価で許容していましたが今回はストレスでしか有りませんでした。宿泊費が３０００円～４０００円が私の適正価格です。

古目だが安くて広くて使いやすく快適

2歳の娘と女房の3人で滞在。場所は表通りから1本入った通りに有り、タクシーでないと少し分かりづらいと思います。周辺(表通り)には銀行(ATM) 、マック、Jollibee などのファストフード、マーキュリー(スーパーの様な薬局)が有ります。部屋全体はカーペット敷で少し広めのキングサイズベッドの部屋(401)でしたが、バスルームにはバス、シャワーが別々に有り、広く使いやすかったです。バスアメニティも充実しており、体を洗うネットまでありました。また部屋は、応接コーナーとベッドコーナーがテレビ、収納棚で式られており収納も多く長期滞在される方にはオススメです。独立したシンクも備わっております。屋上には深めのプールがあり、家族で楽しみました。(水はキレイです。) プール用としてルームサービスでバスタオルを追加しましたが、直ぐに持ってきてくれました。朝食は1Fのカフェでアメリカン、フレンチなどからを選びます。その他、シリアル、パン、バナナ、スイカ、数種類のジュースはブッフェ形式でした。チェックインの際に500ペソのDepositを支払ました。建物自体は年数が経ってますが、部屋は広くて清潔で使いやすく、値段の割にはかなりお得に感じました。

部屋は広く、ベッドも大変大きく満足です。

マカティとマビニの中間点のような場所。場所のせいなのか、部屋は広くベッドもとても大きいです。バスタブもあり、日本人にはとてもうれしい造り。しかし、周りにはお店がなく、慣れてないと不便です。タクシー移動がメインであればさほど問題はないかと思いますが、前面道路が一方通行なので、マカティー方面からはぐるっと回る感じ、確実に場所の説明ができないと、少し迷ってしまうかもしれません。

ゆっくりくつろげました❗

部屋は十分広く、バスタブもあってゆっくりできました。ホテルの近くにコンビニ等の店がなかったです。朝食は朝5時半からいただけるので、早くに出発する時にも助かります。後、タクシーでホテルに向かう時、系列の別のホテルで降ろされました。運転手か知っていれば問題ありませんが、しっかりと行き先を伝えて下さい。

定宿の一つ。ビジネスで使うには良い宿だと思います。静かですし、徒歩圏内にスーパーありますし、エドゼンと同じレートで両替できる両替屋もあります。形ばかりになってしまっていますが、日本食も一応あります。屋上にはジムもプールもあります。夜遊び等遊び目的の方には不向きかもしれません。

夜の外出には注意が必要‼

プロモーションを使用しての利用だったので価格的には満足している、ただ周辺環境については夜には歩くには危険が伴うようで一緒にいたフィリピン人でさえ怖がっていた。

歩ける距離に飲食店がまあまあ有る

従業員がとてもフレンドリーで良かった。プールは小さいがのんびりするにはちょうど良い。近くに(歩ける距離に）飲食店が有るので便利。タクシーで出れば100p前後でデパートも有るので便利な所だと思います。

清潔でスタッフの対応がいい

周りの環境はあまり良いとは言えませんが、マカティー内で、便利です。部屋は清潔に保たれ、アメニティーも問題ありません。買い物などの足場もいいです。

立地条件が良いホテル

全てにおいて、平均点以上のホテルであるが、周囲の環境の悪さを感じられたので、徒歩での外出はせず、常にタクシーでの移動を必要とした。

浴室改善

シャワーの圧悪し、温度が中々安定しないため髪の毛洗う時に非常に困るほぼ水なので震える。排水の方は流れず洗面トイレの方まで3センチから5センチ溜まったままで気持ち悪かった。

空港から近ければよかったけど。

深夜のチェックインでしたが、とても親切な対応していただきました。建物は古いものの、とてもゆったりした造りで、バスタブもありとてもリラックスできました。朝食はフィリピンフードを頼んでみましたが、食べやすい味付けでした。日本人の宿泊客も何人かいて和朝食をオーダーしてましたが美味しそうでした。

納豆定食が良かった

約一週間の滞在で大体の種類の朝食を食べたが納豆定食が一番良かった。ジムにも行ったが、人がほとんどいなかったので快適だった。歩いて行ける距離にモールがあって便利だが、もっと近くにコンビニがあればもっと良かった。景色は、たまたまその部屋だけかもしれないがあんまりよくなかった。トータル、まぁ悪くないと思った。

日本人に気配りできるホテル

今回エアポートの送迎は友人でしたがいつもはホテルにお願いしています　飛行機が遅れても待っていてくれてますし夜中にチェックインしてもウエルカムドリンクがでます日本人には嬉しい心つくしです

安心して泊れるホテル

マニラに行く際はいつも使用しています　フロントもその他スタッフ一同親切で大変気にいっています　朝食についても無料です　日本食もありフルーツ、コーヒーもついています

マカティですが、、、

客室は広いが、立地場所はマカティの外れのため、不便でした。夜は人気がまったくありませんでした。初めてのマニラ、その上一人旅。ガイドさんを１日チャーターしましたが、マカティは渋滞がひどいので、ガイドさんは朝四時おきで９時のピックアップに、あわせてくれたようです。胸が痛みました。(´・ω・`)
