概ね過ごしやすかったです。

ホテルは清潔でした。エアコンがベッドルームにしかなく、小さい為に、ダイニングが暑く、過ごしにくかったです。隣近所の住人のバイクがうるさくて、朝早くに起こされました。コンビニが併設されているのは助かりました。

The location is very convenient, they have a kitchen and grocery downstairs where you can buy food. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Rooms are neat and I love their towels.

I stayed in room 308. No Smart TV installed. I have no other option but to watch the TV, yet the reception is soooo weak. Overall, I stayed in a clean and peaceful place. My favorite place so far. Thank you! 👌

No elevator....

Room was very small, toilet kept plugging up. When I called for maintenance they brought me a plunger....No elevator...lots of stairs. No blanket on bed, sheet only. AC directly about 3 feet in front of bed. Service was very good, also had a convenient small food store . Photos posted to Hotels.com are not what I found.

Accessible location

The place is very accessible to shopping malls. Staff are very helpful and any concern is addressed right away.

Maribel ......worst experience

I was not given free breakfast fast even though I paid for it "online". On request the front desk doesn't even take the initiative to check it . Worst is the bedbugs Not recommended.

The place was very clean. Maayos yung AC even the water supply, sobrang nagustuhan ko ung CR nila kasi ang linis. Then si maam na nagbabatay sa tindahan she's very friendly.

Says in your promo that cable tv is available (can we pls indicate next time if its just a TV plus-limited channels only, and real cable tv), tv plus lang available with 6 channels (2, 5, 7,8 ETC, CNN). Wala pa mga toiletries like toothbrush, comb, cotton buds, and even water heater(fro coffee). Am really disappointed

The room and bathroom were clean, the staff was accommodating and friendly. There is room for improvement with the Wifi signal because it fluctuates in the room that I stayed in, for the price it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back if I need a room near the area.

Weekend stay

Since it's a budget hotel it's good enough for its price. Though the room smelled damp. But the staff were friendly.

Just for sleeping

If you want to roam around mandaluyong and come back for hotel just to sleep, this can be a good place. Others, I can’t guarantee.

I always go here for accomodation everytime i have my training in ortigas this is the best place i can recommend its cheaper and very cozy place with nice employee. Till my next visit! Thank you!

not good neighborhood, rock band playing all night

towards end of stay a rock band kept me up all night. they were playing in a room next to hotel wall. construction of highrise going on right across street, noisy and dusty

Seafarers point of view

We had a very nice stay in Fredericks Apartelle. Location is superb, near convenience store, a small nice carenderia serving tapsilog etc., tricycle away going to SM Megamall and Robinsons Pioneer, the staff are nice and approachable even the security guard, and to mention the area is secured. Dont expect a 5 star service as this is not your typical type of hotel, this is an apartelle, and there are things that you need to pay for using it like plates, electric fan, etc. But still this is my kind of casual apartelle, and we will for sure coming back again here.Highly recommended and thumbs up for fredericks apartelle and the staff.. ☆☆☆

Electricity is limited

The staff are very nice although the hotel itself is not very good, you are alotted a certain amount of kilowatt Of electricity per day and you can't have your airconditioner running the whole day or else you will pay extra, and pretty much everything in the room needs to be paid for. Toiletries etc i have never experienced this before with any other hotels,motels, apartelle etc very poor
