Like - very close to a big shopping mall and cemetery where my parents are buried. Staff do their best. Dislike - not good price for the quality of the facilities. Unsafe in the evening. Crossing the street is a challenge.

accommodation experience
The stay was very convenient especially for us transient travelers cause the hotel is nearer to the international and domestic airports. The location is also accessible to several department stores / malls and to restaurant services. The hotel, though, needs a little improvement on its cleanliness. The rooms where we stayed has a bit bad smell. The water coming out of the faucet also smells not so good and if we may suggest, the water tank may require overall cleaning. The hallway lights are a bit dimmer and requires increasing the lights wattages.

We admit that due to high occupancy past few months because of mandatory quarantine stay for incoming guests, we couldn't have water tank general cleaning. The staffs were all friendly and helpful but the place needs some improvement. Had problem connecting with the internet. Shower needed some fixing, flooded all the time. Kudos to the staffs, they tried their best.

Thank you for leaving a review for us to have a chance to improve. We are already scheduling our wifi facility upgrade due to slow down of internet speed coming from aging of our routers. We will replace all not later than March, 2022. Latest installation of floor drainage trap in the shower cubicle makes some issue of flooding. We will also work on it to make some improvement. Thank you once again to give us a chance to serve you better.

Good day MS. Jovite. First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience in the shower drainage. We actually installed new trap to prevent the bad odor from the drainage but it causes slow drainage of the water. We are studying about trap again and we will surely improve it. Also we will check all window locks once we have vacant rooms. We are really thankful for your positive comment on our staffs and we will keep it to serve you better. Thank you

It serves the purpose of somewhere to sleep. It has the basics, clean toilet, with hot showers. Beds are ok. nothing luxurious here, just the basics, but for the price, can’t complain. The towels are old, but I brought my own towel, anticipating this situation .

Nicely located, but critically low comfort
This hotel is nicely located nearby the SM Parañaque shopping centre, and the receptionists are very polite and helpful. However, the rooms have very poor lightening, there are no plugs or lamps near the bed, and the sheets and towels are old, stained, and broken. The breakfast is a very simple one-plate serving with either tea or coffee. And everywhere at the hotel, especially at the reception and restaurant, the smell of food and burned fat from cooking is very dominant. I got sick with a stomach infection during my stay their. I’m not certain if it was caused by the breakfast at the hotel - I think it was though. Anyway, that smell made me throw up every time I came near the reception.

PhP 2490 Wasted!!!
I booked the place so I have somewhere to spend the night and rest comfortably after our party. I arrived past midnight to check in only to find out that they didnt have a bidet in the toilet. I asked the receptionist if it was possible to cancel the booking but she pointed me to Hotels.com since I made the booking via the app. Unfortunately, I couldnt see any cancellarion button. I seriously am disappointed and felt cheated off my PhP2490 that I paid (rate plus tax ). I understand that there is a cancellation policy, but I went to the hotel and expressed my disappointment over the lack of facility. I was not even offered any form of redress or corrective measure! I just want my money back!!!
