良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

主にカジノ目的で、初のマニラ。ここのCODも清潔でスタッフも親切で良かったけど、バスタブがなかったんでマカオのCODと比べると個人的にはやや割高かな。でもこちらもホテル内ですべて完結出来るのが良かった。ホテル内のコンビニも以前のコメントではお酒が販売していないとのことだったけど、売ってました。

色々な質問にすべてのスタッフが答えてくれて接客サービスが抜群でした。予算オーバーしたくなかったので部屋にある冷蔵庫の中身を使用しなかったのですが、チェックアウトの際にフロントの女性がすべて無料ですので、持ち帰ってくださいと言われ、細かいことでしたが嬉しかったです。

しばらくぶりの滞在です。コロナ前にはまだ戻ってなく、朝食レストランはクローズでした。掃除は不十分、カードキーが頻回に壊れました。でもまた泊まります。

エレベーター間違えると面倒です。

エレベーターを乗るところで何号室から何号室はこのエレベータです、みたいな案内があるとありがたい。エレベータ間違えて、同乗した別のお客さんとともに上まで行ってしまい、階段で降りなければならなかった。その他は可もなく不可もなく。ゴールドメンバーで部屋がアップデートされたのは良かったです。20％オフは一番値段が高いレストラン層しか使えない感じでした。レイトチェックアウトもできました。

空港から近い。レストランは徒歩圏内にそこまで多くないが、カジュアルなものからエレガントなものまで幾つかあり。ホテルスパにしては割とお手頃だった。のレストランに気軽に行けるのが、カジノ以外だと1番の売りか。

１、チェックインの時刻前に到着して手続きしたにも関わらず、115分待たされた。部屋の準備が出来ていないとの事。２、髭剃りが用意されていなく、フロントに申し出て届けて貰った。３、シャワーレバーが破損していて、レインシャワーが使用不可だった。４、朝食付きで手配したにも関わらず、朝食無し予約となっていた。

エントラアンスのタバコのにおいにはちょっと驚きました。最初にアサインされたお部屋は禁煙だったがタバコのにおいが気になりました。タバコが苦手な方はウエストタワーよりもサウスタワーの方がおすすめです。またバスタブを希望される場合はエグゼクティブ以上のカテゴリーでないとシャワーのみとなりますのでご注意を…。エグゼクティブルームは広々していてお部屋からはPoolが眺めて解放感がありよかったです。

良かった点 : 清潔度

久しぶりに泊まりました。部屋はとても綺麗でした。掃除をする方はとても丁寧でした。。私は毎日薬を飲みますが気が付いてくれたみたいでいつもよりもペットボトルの水が多かったのは助かりました。ただ部屋のセキュリティボックスが閉まらなかったのでスタッフを呼んで直してくれましたが、今度は開かないのでスタッフを呼びましたが、なかなか来てくれませんでした。4回電話をしましたが来たのは1時半後に来ました。マネージャーさん（女性）と二人で来ましたが、生意気なマネージャーさんでした。（サービス業をもう一度、勉強して下さい）夜ご飯は20時過ぎになりました。来月はもう一度泊まりますがあのマネージャーさんが・・・・・・　　　　　　　　夕方でしたので夜ご飯が8時過ぎにないました。女性のマネージャーでしたが超生意気な態度でした。マネージャーさんもう一度サービス業を勉強やり直してください。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度

お盆の時期に宿泊

宿泊は非常に快適でした。朝食付きにしたのですが、ビュッフェタイプで美味しかったです。近くのソレアやオカダに比べてカジノがこじんまりしているのが少し残念です。
