"The hotel was great! While we ourselves did not use the hot tubs or pool, families around us enjoyed them. Breakfast was “the usual”. Unfortunately there was absolutely no deviation. We stayed for 5 nights, and every morning, breakfast was exactly the same. The coffee was quite good though. I want to give kudos to the lovely lady who checked us in the evening of our arrival. She was the sweetest person. So lovely and kind, very very helpful and just a delight. The youngsters who worked the morning shifts should learn from her. While they would help when asked a question, it cannot be denied that they were clearly more interested in their phones or the computer than paying attention to guests walking by. I also want to point out that housekeeping is doing an excellent job there. We felt clean and well taken care of. Thank you!"
