  • Very charming character house in a renovated farmhouse on a fenced, tree-lined 300 m² plot in the Livradois-Forez Park. It's the perfect place to gather with friends or family.



    Large adjoining games room with ping-pong table, pool table, and foosball. Slide and swing in the garden. Private pétanque court available. Free Wi-Fi.



    Ground floor: equipped kitchen, living room, 60 m² dining area, 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom, separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, 1 bathroom with toilet, and on the landing, a sofa bed for 2, TV corner, and library. Travel cot available on request.



    In a peaceful setting, this gîte welcomes you year-round in a lovely hamlet near the Comté forest, known for its diverse species and many hiking trails.



    For your leisure: walks, hikes, fishing, equestrian center, medieval towns, and castles. Charming gîte in a very quiet hamlet located 10 km from Vic-le-Comte and Billom, 20 km from Issoire, and 35 km from Clermont-Ferrand.



    You will be welcomed both for weekends (Friday evening to Sunday evening) and by the week.
