Large, child friendly resort "Sanghen". In the district of Pieve di Manerba 3.5 km from the centre of Manerba del Garda, on a slope, 250 m from the lake, 250 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property 70'000 m2 (fenced), trees, lawn for sunbathing, 3 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep. and 01.Jul. - 31.Aug. pool opening hours: 08:30-13:00 and 15:30-19:30). Children's pool, outdoor shower, hot tub, tennis, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, WiFi, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service, breakfast and half board possible (extra). Stepped path to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. Bus stop 50 m, pebble beach 250 m. Urlaub mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub am Gardasee. Der Zugang zum See sowie die Bademöglichkeiten der vorhanden Pools waren gut und auf kurzen Wegen zu erreichen. Von der Terrasse aus hatten wir einen herrlichen Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem Wesentlichen ausgestattet, jedoch in einem rustikal italienischem Standard. Die Beleuchtung der Wohnung schwankte von Dämmerlicht (Wohnzimmer) und Krankenhauslicht (Schlafzimmer). Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es fehlt an Gemütlichkeit.

Die Lage ist super, alles war sauber, die Ausstattung sehr spartanisch, aber alle Geräte haben funktioniert. Betten in Ordnung. Brauchbares Restaurant mit sehr guter Pizza auf dem Gelände.

Vi är väldigt nöjda med vistelsen. Fantastiskt fint läge på lägenheten men suverän utsikt över Gardasjön. Trevlig personal med god service. Rekommenderas!

Fab Location stunning views.

Wow, what holiday, we had a wonderful time. Absolutely stunning views from the balcony over the Lake .. some of the best we have ever had. 3 lovely swimming pools, good variety and quality of food in the restaurant and bar. The mini market is limited on site, but you are able to get fresh bread daily, Lidl, Euro Spar and Carrefour supermarkets are all within a 10 minute drive away. The children's entertainment was a bit hit and miss and varied depending on the amount of attendees as sessions but this didn't matter, a massive thank you to Chiara who was wonderful with our 6 year old son who was of very few English speaking guests . The children got to compete is a variety of tournaments throughout the day and were presented with certificates after the kids disco in the evening. The disco was a huge hit for our family. The property has immediate access onto lake garda and its wonderful to stroll around and stop at various bars and restaurants in the locality. There is plenty of choice. The apartment is slightly dated and in need of an overhaul there are a few cracked tiles and the kitchen needs replacing, but whatever we asked for we were provided with. The oven wasn't working and on enquiry were told several different versions of events, 1) it was only a show piece 2) it hadn't worked fro years 3) it wasn't connected as people didn't want to cook in the hot weather. We were eventually provided with a new oven to use as we had planned to cook this being a self catering holiday.
