"We stayed one evening as a stop off on our way back to the ukSweet little house. We were charged 6E for towels which were not supplied. We did have beach towels with us which I did tell the owner. We have still been charged for towels. We had to clean the house which was not clean from the previous occupants. We would have been charged 35E for a clean otherwise. We were only staying from 7pm until 9am and out all evening enjoying the town. I did resent cleaning two toilets they were not as clean...

"Beautiful traditional French townhouse perfectly located for the centre of the Monpazier. Facilities were excellent.Plenty of space to sit and relax including a nice outside courtyard area.Mattress to the rear bedroom was a little uncomfortable and could probably do with being replaced. This is intended as feedback for the owner and should not put people off as this is a superb property in a great location."

(His English is good).the villa has no surprises like some villas we have visited on the past.modern feel inside with all mod cons,yet outside is still so very french.location is super quiet and days can go missing very easily.hot in the day and nice walks around village.for the money you will not beat it.book it and enjoy it people!👍"

"The property is a charming historic hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely as well, though it was a bit chilly to use it. We enjoyed sitting beside it. Our room was well appointed though cosy. People who enjoy a spacious room would want to specify that when booking. The restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner."
