「The cabin was great for an overnight stay to see a show at The Caverns. About a 5-10 minute drive to caverns. We felt very safe in that development. We also took a great hike to the falls before going to the show. We were challenged with getting the air conditioning going (not their fault). However, we put in a call and while we were at the concert, we came back and everything was good to go. 」

「This place was perfect for us. We enjoyed the property and the area in general. Will definitely be back. 」

「It’s a tiny house y’all. There’s “side-steppin’ around the queen size bed to get around it. But it’s comfortable. I’d say 2 adults tops. There’s no way I would be comfortable sleeping in the bunk beds or upstairs. But, for my husband and I it was just right. We enjoyed hiking to the falls.」

「Lovely house in a lovely area. The house was small but well-equipped. The waterfall on the property was stunning (the short walk was tough). Had a great time kayaking on the lake that was available to use. Enjoyed the nearby Caverns and hiking.」

「This was a great stay for my daughter and I, during fall break. The property was clean, and the outside dining table and fire pit were perfect for the weather. Enjoy the games in the loft and make sure to explore the entire property. Enjoy nearby South Cumberland State Parks, Savage Gulf State Parks, for scenic views and great hiking. If you want excellent places to eat check out Tracy City or Suwannee for excellent food and drinks! Great place to get away and disconnect for a few days. 」

「Lakeside property with gorgeous views. The neighborhood is still under construction but we didn't hear any construction noise. The lot is spacious, as is the house. For it to be a tiny house, it didn't seem so tiny for our family. Cozy and well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals. There wasn't any laundry detergent so bring your own if you plan on doing laundry. We look forward to visiting this area again.」
