Dirty apartment, we only stayed due to being in a rush for an event. Couldn’t even shower as it was that bad if you can see the images. Very disgusting condition and considering it was over £300 for the night!

Saturday night stay. 12 guests One night booking. Had a party and left apartment in a mess.Very cheap for number of guests and location. We also get lots of positive reviews on all websites and are booked out every weekend. Goodbye.

The property was a perfect place for a group of us to crash during Manchester Pride. Communication from the host was excellent and we received details promptly before checking in. We paid a deposit and received it back within 24hrs of leaving the property. The beds are fine to crash in and the kitchen is pretty well stocked. There's a decent shower and sofa. This is not the Ritz, but is the perfect place to crash for a group of friends. I'd stay here again!

Needs a health and safety visit
Communication was good and staff are friendly. The property its self is a health and safety disaster zone - open sockets covered up with plasters, dried sick on the side and under a bed, stained covers, mould in bathroom, Shower doesn’t work and is held by wooden blocks - cleaned using the kitchen sink. Received a WhatsApp from the owner requesting a deposit despite already paying through hotels.com. No issues getting this back though.

Communication was good and Apartment was perfect for our big group. Just a shame the state it was in, kitchen was extremely dirty , shower hardly work, letting out a trickle at a time. Bathroom roof was leaking under the extractor fan all over the toilet. Plates and glasses in cupboard dirty and greasy. Bedding didn’t feel clean. It is a shame as it is in prime location and has the potential, the apartment just needs a good clean and redecorated.

The worst place we have ever stayed. Absolutely filthy! We were unable to shower due to the temperature of the shower being dangerously hot. TV not working, no Wi-Fi, no lid on kettle, no overhead lights as kept tripping out. Found evidence of drug use.

Communication with the host was excellent. We were offered an early check-in (free). The apartment itself was very “tired” but clean. All three sofas in the lounge were uncomfortable. Two double beds in each bedroom meant the doors couldn’t be closed. I reported the hob wasn’t working and received a prompt response and apology to advise a new cooker had been fitted and the maintenance guy needed to return. We were offered a late check out (again, free). This is a perfectly situated apartment but geared towards parties/groups, not families.

Six different apartments at this location.We have reviewed all our bookings as far back as the beginning of October 2022.We cannot locate your booking at all or recall you or your group at all.A direct number is available for help / to raise any issues or concerns at check in /and during all stays.We would have relocated you if had made contact with us.You did not contact us at check in or cancel the booking or request a refund.Only if we are contacted can we help to resolve any issues or concerns raised.We offer the best price / location / value for money for large groups of family/ friends to stay together and celebrate occasions in the city centre.

WORSTT APARTMENT IN MANCHESTER 0/10
Let me start off by saying that this was THE worst correspondence I have ever had with a hotel/apartment. From the moment I booked this apartment everything about the woman's communication was appalling, even though we had booked and we had given her our money. She had stated that the week of the booking she would offer us the opportunities for her to tell us where the apartment was located and details like that. However, this was not told, but she still wanted us to pay a £100 deposit that is not clearly highlighted prior to booking the property. Nevertheless, the day of the booking came we still had no information, when we finally got it, while we had taken several trains to get to Manchester. She cancelled the booking several minutes before check in and left us stranded in Manchester. Offered us no sort of compensation and cut off alll forms of contact. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Also she will try and offer a counter argument to a lot of these bad reviews. Do not listen to the counter argument, look at the initial bad review that will tell you all you need to know about her service.

This guest did not stay in our apartment so has no idea what the apartments are like.We provide the best location in city centre Manchester, and the best value for money for large groups to be together and enjoy being together.The guest refused to send photo ID or send deposit payment and when did want to send it the reservation office was closed late Friday evening.A very bad week for this guest as when they contacted us to request to cancel they had been in a car accident and grandma had died all on the same day.When ask for written verification of this non was provided.Expressed our condolences but explained the booking was non refundable.Very clearly states Photo / Home ID and a deposit payment will be required when a confirmed booking is made.Hope the guest has better luck in 2023 Please focus on all our many positive reviews.

Location was great, but pictures on the website did not match what we got in the end - even though the pictures on the website range across 6 different apartments, none of them were the same. Smelled funny when we were arrived, had to drown it in air freshener on arrival. Floors weren’t cleaned properly, ash on the bathroom windowsill. Many broken pieces of furniture/walls already there on arrival. Would only stay there again if I was paid to.

Plenty of room for 12 people. There was a tub on the side with 12 mini packs of cookies which was a really nice welcoming. All of us were happy with how clean it was. Smelt pleasant inside and couldnt see any dirt or grime anywhere. We ate whilst out but there was plenty of plates, bowls, cups etc for food and drink if we did decide to eat at apartment. All clean. The property is in perfect location for seeing the city. Right in the city centre. Only bad thing was a tiny bit of water damage on ceiling in bathroom but looks like they've stopped it from getting worse by putting an extractor fan in place but apart from this the property condition as a whole was decent. A lot cheaper than other options and everyone slept well. Would definitely stay again and would recommend also.

The apartment was in a great location, very convenient to everything, and was fairly spacious. Check-in was easy and we appreciated the place being ready early. One problem was that the bathroom door did not close all the way and it was also a bit difficult to adjust the shower temperature. Also, some of the sofas in the living room were not very comfortable.

Very disappointing and not worth the money
The apartment was in desperate need of repair, one of the sofa beds was broken so could not be used as a bed or sofa. The other sofa bed was absolutely disgusting and covered in stains. There was not enough mugs for everyone, only 1 pillow each on some beds, no towels - windows were filthy! There were DIY materials just hidden in a corner behind some chairs. Hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms. The whole apartment needs decorating!

Shocking apartment, broken tiles on floor in bathroom & a squelchy bath mat on the floor. Toilet flush kept getting stuck & wouldn’t flush. Stunk of cigarette smoke. Old furniture covered with throws, just horrid throughout! Nothing like the photos. In much need of a make over! Very disappointed 😱 thankful we weren't in it much!

This place is really handy for visiting Northern quarter, Arnsale centre, Harvey Nichols Selfridges etc. Rifht next to a tram stop if you want to go further afield. I found the property owner helpful and friendly when i contacted them

We booked our room a while in advance as it was in a different city, was told we'll be stayng at printworks, but wasnt anywhere near it, the room didnt look like the photos, had to pay a 100 pound deposit which wasnt mentioned in the ad, the room was clean but bathroom was taped together, we was on the 5 floor with no lift, and only 1 fire exit, when we arived they had double booked our room with 2 other guys, which we finally got sorted but the lady tried to make it seem like our fault. But gave us 3 extra hours to check out, no towels or anything in the apartment and the heating didnt work probably as it was freezing all night. Im still currently waiting for deposit to come back to me.

Paid £100 for 10 people for one night. The venue Printworks is right behind the apartment building. Deposit returned within 24hrs and had been returned at the time of posting this review. Deposit payment of £100 mentioned in message as soon as confirmed booking made. Guest was not happy deposit taken hence bad review. Guest very bad at communicating. An other guest got confused about their apartment number. Was sorted within 5 mins. Did not make any contact while staying with us to ask for help to resolve any issues or concerns. Would have sent more heaters or tried to help in any other way. Best wishes

Where to begin!when we arrived, we thought the place was a drug den. People smoking weed outside the property and armed police there as well. When you get inside, it doesn't get better. The place looked appalling with cracks in the wall and windows. There were stains on the couches and damages everywhere TV, floor tiles ECT. We had people leave early because they refused to sleep there. I would not recommend this place on my worse enemy

Booked for Sunday 31st October one night. Halloween night. Very very low price paid for a large group. Video sent of apartment so guest very aware of what apartment looked like before check in. Guest sent message after staying and using apartment all beds and facilities to contact phone number "Thank you for the stay." Any incident invoving any other group was resolved quickly by our own staff early on in the evening. We can not be responsible or accountable for what guests / groups do within the privacy of the apartments booked. Our staff are will only enter if there are safety issues/ concerns or an emergency where help is needed. If the guest or their group felt unsafe or worried at anytime they had our contact number for immediate help to help resolve any issues or concerns. No contact was made. We provide good accomadation to different groups of workmen,families, friends groups etc at a good location in City Centre Manchester for all to enjoy shopping, eating out and all that Manchester has to offer. The person who we booked the apartment was lovely got back in touch straight away when we messaged and give all information that we needed however the apartment we got was not on the website so we did not know that was what we were getting, was very small compared to pics online and didn’t look anything like them. When paying £70 each for that apartment we weren’t too pleased as it was not the apartment advertised.

Room could do with some TLC but if your looking for somewhere for a night away with the lads and you don’t mind sharing double beds it’s fine although a bit small for the number of beds available but served it’s purpose for the weekend with no hassles. Bathroom was fine, clean enough and shower worked fine. Good communication and quick deposit repayment from owner.
