The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The bed linen was spotless. The facilities are basic but this is reflected in the price. I forgot the name of the man who checked me in but he was very helpful, carrying my bags and making sure I knew where everything was. He even came to check on me when I went for a ciggy, making sure I could get through the security door. He was very polite and professional

Perfect place to stay that was a convenient drive or uber to the city center or the strip with all the restaurants and shisha places. Very comfortable and Daniel, the host treated you like family. Will be staying here on my next trip to manchester

Terrible stay, the hotel attendant Daniel was rude and pathetic, he misbehaved with my child and asked him to pack the bag and move away from the property, he was challenging him to come out of the hotel and had fight with him, Looked like Daniel wanted to fight the child who is under 18. I dont know how the hotel management is keeping this kind of staff! Washrooms were not clean, drainage were blocked in 2 washrooms, as we had total 3 joint washrooms in the hotel . You cant sleep in rooms because all night the traffic sound keeps you awake! No one changed the bedsheets or clean the room while my 9 days stay. Its totally loss of your money, i will never ever think to stay here, and for Daniel i need to complain some authorities to tell them how to behave with children.

I enjoyed my stay at the property the staffs working here are extremely helpful, very friendly, it was welcoming and worth the stay, shop easily accessible across the road. The cleaners keep the facilities neat and well maintained. I liked how the smoking shelter was a section of the property so you did not have to leave the premises just for a smoke, I look forward to staying here again.

The hotel is in range of everything anyone could need. From a post office to a takeaway. Even off licences. It not to far from the city centre.

Rooms are very small and the washrooms are not clean and smells bad. No tissues in the toilet. No dustbin in the room. We had a very bad experience. Very disappointed ☹️

We thought we had been conned when we first pulled up because it looked like it had closed down. I think the place was being used to home asylum seeker families or the homeless. Rooms were small & filthy a bit like a prison cell but with no tv!

I lost my wallet and they couldn't do anything about it and the staff was trying to call someone to check the camera but he said he can't be bothered 😐 i am very upset by this poor customer service 😔

Toilet hanging off the hinges, taps not working, no cutlery or plates in the kitchen, shower and bath absolutely gross and a weird kettle in the room with no plug socket within 10 feet of it. Lovely chap who let us in but other than this the place is a dump. Clearly was a nice guest house at some point but owned and sadly neglected by an uncaring slum lord

Definitely not for family. Flooring was making noise all over the property. Damage bathroom door, damage seats in toilet, locks were not safe, whole premises smell like hospital. Noises in night time inside and around the premises. Keep it for last option if couldn’t find room in whole town. Overall always recommend to go through proper groups of hotels.

This took me back to the 1990s as a student but the facilities were far worse. There was a separate wc to the bathroom, but the door was very difficult to lock and i was concerned someone would accidentally burst in. The door to the bathroom was stuck and i didn't want to move it in case it fell off of its hinges. The bath panel was badly cracked. I only brushed my teeth in this bathroom (wc does not have a sink and neither does the single room i stayed in) and was thankful that i was staying only one night and can survive without a shower for a day.
