今回スーペリアルームを選択したのですが、バスルームに湯舟がありません。シャワーだけでした。　また部屋には冷蔵庫もありませんでした。　それ以外は清潔で快適です。さらに部屋にはブルートゥ―スのスピーカーがあり自分の携帯から音楽を流せます。　これは非常によかったです。　当然無料のWi-Fiが使用できるのですが非常にスピードが遅いです。　おそらく２Gや３Gクラスかと思われます。　　朝食はパン、フルーツ、シリアル、ドリンク関係はバイキング形式です。　そしてメインのホットデッシュはオーダー法式になっています。　これがとても美味しいです。　5泊したので５種類食べましたが、サンドイッチが絶品でした。

I stayed one night this hotel. When I went out and l got this hotel’s entrance late at night.Reception staff was so kind and opened door. I would like to stay this hotel again.

Excellent value for money stay at a nice hotel. Very clean. The staff were very helpful, when we asked for something. The only issue was that the car park that the hotel endorsed (with discount) was full and so we had to use one about 10 minutes walk away..but was fine.

The location of the hotel was perfect coming to Manchester by train from the aiport to Piccadilly Station. It couldn't have been easier to find and centrally located. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and nice. There was an issue with the central air-conditioning and there was a unit in the room that required ice cubes to cool the room. It was very strange.

Our room was on the back of the building so considering how central the hotel was, it was very quiet. Loads of local coffee shops around for breakfast too

The hotel is depressing, the reception area and room. Dreadful lighting, basic accommodation, kettle working. Tv remote filthy, noisy aircon. Only good point was fresh/clean bathroom

It is not accessible. The vent doesn’t work in the bathrooms, the windows don’t open and the AC doesn’t work. The staff tried to makeup for it by providing a portable fan but it only circulates the stale air in the room.

Lovely large room with huge bed. Big clean bathroom. Staff very helpful. Interesting property with lots of historic architecture. Very centrally located to walk to plenty of places. Bedroom situated on a side road and did not notice any noise. Lovely stay.

I loved the surprise we had when we entered the property. A potential con would be perhaps to provide complimentary bottled mineral water. The water provided in the room cost £2.00 per bottle whereas in other hotels it is the norm to provide mineral water at no cost.

Nice hotel not far from piccadilly station and with parking round the corner from the hotel for a fee. Room was nice and clean it was just noisy as we were right in the centre lots of sirens late at night. Breakfast was nice lots of options. My son had a put up bed which was fine for him. No fridge in the room but otherwise good. Would probably stay in a slightly nicer area in future.

I really like the decor of this hotel. I thought the room was lovely and spacious and even had an iron and ironing board for me to use on my suit without needing to ask at reception. Great shower with both overhead and handheld option. Biggest bed I’ve ever stayed in! Staff were very friendly and accommodating

We liked the walking distance to bus, tram and train stations as well as being directly in the city centre. The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. We loved the extra pillows!

Nice room. Very clean but let down by lack of staff. Had to leave the restaurant after 50 ins without breakfast arriving and clear that the hotel is not staffed appropriately.

The hotel was in an average state of repair. My biggest complaint was that the cleaner set up outside my room before 8:30am which was noisy and negatively impacted the stay. I did mention this to reception on check out but they seemed to show very little interest stating that the room was next to where the cleaner sets up and that it can be noisy but they were sorry. It was frustrating that the hotel knows about the issue but chooses not to make amendments to their practices.
