Good location, good food

Excellent location, although a short walk to the beach but this is through a pine forest so very pleasant. Food excellent, plenty available all of the time but strange that the restaurant closes dinner service at 9pm. Room small but adequate although HK were rather hit and miss. Can't mention the rest of the staff as had no contact whatsoever and when we did ask for something they just looked at you blankly..... fantastic holiday though.

Shuttle to beach which was ok.

Water boat to take you into side twice a day FOC was great. Catered for Russians and local people and most of the reception staff didn’t speak English. Awful attitude from them

Nicht Empfehlenswert !!! Kein 5 Sterne höchstens 3

Angekommen, von Außen ok. Zimmer nicht wie gebucht und mit einem Sessel zu schlafen für das Kind. Poolanlage extrem rutschig begehbar nur mit Sicherheitsschuhen... Essen nach drei Tagen immer das gleiche... Miniclub: das ANIMATIONSTEAM sitzt mit Handy völlig Motivationslos neben den Kindern :-( Strand war das Beste .. Service, naja nicht sehr freundlich. Nach drei Tagen gewöhnt man sich allerdings und versucht das beste daraus zu machen... Wir werden nicht mehr kommen...schade Einrichtung schimmelt an allen Ecken und Enden...

An okay stay

The stay was okay. I booked a family room which is a two level two bedrooms with only one bathroom. The room was small and the balcony was face to the outside public setting area which was a really bad location. People were sitting and chatting right outside our room until really late at night! The front desk people don’t speak much English and no free boat service was offered. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach; however, it only takes five mins to walk there! Overall, it’s an okay stay and will pick a different place next time!

Hotel was nice beach was very disappointing

Beach was very dirty and not appealing at all. Hotel was nice. Wifi was really bad. Was hard to communicate with some hotel staff as they did not reaally speak or understand english.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war nicht so gut, keine 5 Sterne. Wir haben den Poolbereich leider gar nicht nutzen können, weil wir schlechtes Wetter zu dem Zeitpunkt hatten.

Water Side - udane wakacje

Bardzo przyjemny hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi, standard 4*. Wyposażenie pokoi wystarczające, proste (klima, TV, czajnik, lodówka). Urozmaicone wyżywienie, świetne ciasta. Duże zjeżdżalnie. Plaża hotelowa 300m. Bardzo dużo leżaków przy basenie i plaży. Ręczniki hotelowe. WiFi działa standardowo (wolno) - także w pokoju i na basenie. Dojazd do Manavgat i Side busem miejskim spod hotelu (1EUR), 20min. Można także bezpłatnie popłynąć do Manavgat miejską łodzią (80min) - polecam. Także pobyt na własną rękę, dojazd z lotniska AYT ok. 40EUR.

Schönes Hotel, in der Nähe leider keine Aktivitäten... Zum entspannen und erholen optimal. Busverkehr optimal und günstig. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfreich. Die Rezeption war sehr hilfreich bei allen Fragen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Alle die sich darüber beschweren; isst ihr zuhause kaviar? Oder warum nörgelt ihr beim Essen rum?

Schöne Hotel

Wir waren für 10 Tage im Juli 2017 in diesem Hotel. Ansicht ist die Hotel schön, aber Sauberkeit und Essens Qualität hat sich von vor 2 Jahre deutlich verschlechtert. Reinigungskräfte sind weniger Personal da, deshalb jeden Tag müsste man sich selbst um die Handtucher wechsel und Toilette reinigung kümmern. Essen war jeden Tag und Abend das gleiche, ausser in der Türkische Nachts. Es war vor 2 Jahre nicht so, vor 2 Jahre gab's jeden Abend Vielfälltige Essen und zum teil auch neue Speisen. Qualität hat sich deutlich verschlechtert. Die einzigste gute sind Wellness und Massage Programm und gibt es nette Fotografen.

Beş yıldızlı otel

Otelin konumu çok güzel hizmet veren personeli genelde iyi ve güleryüzlü, animasyon çok kötü akşam yemekten sonra neşe ile vakit geçirebileceğin hiç bir şey yok, plajda unutulmuş bir misafirsin hiç aktivite yok, yemekleri çok kötü ama meyveleri çok güzel ve çeşitli idi. Gittiğimizin ilk günü yemekte eşimin ağzından metal parçası çıktı önce dişinin kırıldığını düşündük fakat bir baktık ki klipse benzer birşey hemen aşçı yardımcısı ile konuştuk "hindi poşetinin klipsi olabileceğini insanlık hali olabilir" dedi. Sonuçta biz Türkler çok para vererek gittiğimiz bu oteli kimseye tavsiye etmem ve bir daha gitmem.

Mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel

Totaal 7 nachten met 4 personen. Mooi groot hotel met goed en vriendelijk personeel. Ontvangst was zeer goed, kamer was gewoon op tijd gereed. Duplex kamer met een trap naar boven. 2-persoonsbed beneden en twee 1-persoonsbedden boven. Aparte airco boven en beneden. Klein maar leuke balkon. Genoeg om je handdoeken en badkleding te laten drogen. Concept is ultra All-inclusive dus ook 's nachts eten en drinken. Lobby-bar is 24 uur open voor alles. Eten is veelzijdig, zeer goed te noemen. Genoeg voor iedereen. Mooi groot restaurant met goed werkend airco waardoor je het niet benauwd krijgt tijdens eten op warme dagen. 3x a la carte restaurants (turks, italiaans en visrestaurant) Je krijgt van het hotel 1 x gratis een a la carte restaurant naar keuze tijdens je verblijf. Spa gedeelte beneden met Finse sauna, stoomcabine, hamam en relax ruimte. Leuke fitness ruimte met mooi, schoon en nieuw apparatuur. Kleine winkels in het hotel voor de extra benodigdheden. Elke dag disco na 23:30. Afstand naar het strand is ongeveer 500 meter. Pendelbus aanwezig om je te brengen. Kiezelstrand met genoeg strandbedden en een snack-restaurant zoals bij het zwembad. Zwembad is groot genoeg, diepte is overal 140cm. Animatieteam is zeer goed. Houden iedereen leuk bezig. Ze zijn niet opdringerig en lopen niet te pushen om mee te laten doen met activiteiten. Görkem is echt een topper van het animatieteam. Vol energie en onvermoeibaar! Top hotel op een mooie plaats van Side. Wil zeker nog een keer terug.

O kadar kötü bir otel ki sakın paranızı çöpe atmayın.. deniz resimde sıfırmış gibi ama 15 dk gibi bir mesafe uzaklıkta.. personel deseniz hebsi mi kaba olur resepsiyonda beklemekle geçti ilk hayal kırıklığı daha sonrasında barmenle tartıştık düşünün herşey dahil bir otel konseptinde istediğim alkolsüz içeceği alamıyorum ve kaba bi tonla veremem yasak diyo alkollü 100 tane içecek içebilirsiniz ama alkolsüz vermezmiş yani kısacası asla ama asla tavsiye etmiyorum..

Water Side Resort ist seine 5 Sterne nicht Wert

Die Zimmer werden nicht richtig geputzt. Man bekommt immer zu wenig Handtücher. Alle Ablagen kleben. Die Minibar wird nicht täglich aufgefüllt, man muss ständig nachfragen. Die Teller an der Poolbar sind dreckig. Die Cocktails werden nur mit der Hälfte der Getränke zubereitet. Es wird einem gesagt, dass die restlichen Zutaten wohl nicht da sind (wahrscheinlich um Geld zu sparen?). Die Cocktails werden auch nicht geshaked. Der bar-Mann schüttet alles ins Glas rührt es mit dem strohhalm um und probiert dann ob es schmeckt.

Good hotel but not perfect food

We found hairs in a food all time. Spotted that pool bar staff washing cups just with water without rubbing with sponge. That was discusting. Beach with rocks too painfully swimming.
