Huzur dolu, güvenli, temiz ve çok bakımlı. Saygılı, kibar ve ilgili bir aile. Kaliteli,sade ve şık. Heryeri pırıl pırıl temiz. Doga ile butun icerisinde, denize yakin, plaj sakin, huzurlu ve güvenli. Havuzu tertemiz, Markete yakın, otelin sahibi ailenin, otele yürüme mesafesinde marketi ve restoranı var. Toplu taşımaya çok yakın. Tesekkur ederim esmeralda ailesi...

Der schönste Türkei-Urlaub, den wir bisher hatten und das vor allem dank der guten Seele des Hauses Elena, die einem jeden Tag mit ihrer herzlichen Art versüßt hat. Mein Partner und ich haben bewusst ein kleineres Hotel in ruhiger Lage gewählt und hier auch genau das bekommen: Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Zimmer sind sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht: Klimaanlage, Handtücher, WLAN, Fön im Bad, TV. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt gestaltet mit Palmen und Blumen, sodass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Pool war super, man musste nie um eine freie Liege kämpfen, wie es in anderen Hotels "normalerweise" ist. Frühstück wurde jeden Tag frisch und lecker zubereitet und enthielt alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Snacks, Mittag- und Abendessen kann man a la Carte bestellen (auch jedes Mal lecker, Teller wurden jedenfalls immer leer zurück gegeben) und für Getränke ist ausreichend gesorgt. In direkter Umgebung ist sonst der Melisa Markt, wo man alles bekommt, was man sonst noch braucht und der Strand ist zu Fuß in ca. 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem war es ein fantastischer Aufenthalt und wir kommen sicherlich jetzt regelmäßig wieder 😀.

Fiyat- performans oteli

Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Odada buzdolabı ve su ısıtıcısı yok. Restoranttaki buzluğu ve buzdolabını kullanabiliyorsunuz . Konum olarak Alanya - Side arasındaki küçük sakin bir yer. Kahvaltı ödediğiniz fiyata göre uygun. Her gün aynı çeşit çıkıyor. Temiz, denize sıfır değil, havuzu var. Oteli yatmadan yatmaya kullanacaksanız, otele çok para vermek istemiyorsanız size uygun otel. Oteli sahibesi çok ilgili, samimi. Tam bir fiyat- performans oteli. Tavsiye ederim.

Hotelinhaber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr sauber. Die Anlage ist sehr familiär und sehr gepflegt. Auf Hygiene wird geachtet. Die Unterkunft empfehle ich :)

Odada çöp kutusu olmadığı için 1 puan, buzdolabı olmadığı için 1 puan , klima iyi soğutmadığı ve oda çok küçük olduğu için 1 puan kırmak zorundayım. Değerlendirmede 10 puan verilmiş ancak gerçek puanı 6.5-7 eder . 10 tam puan alan otellere haksızlık yapmayalım. Kahvaltısınyeterli denize yakın havuz isteyenler için ideal bir yer .

OTELDE REZERVASYON REZİLLİĞİ

30 Temmuz 2022'de Otele vardığımızda görevli bize: "rezervasyonumuzun kendisinde görünmediğini, başka bir seyahat firması dışında rezervasyon kabul etmediğini, hotels.com ile anlaşmasını sonlandırdığını fakat hotels.com' un sahtekarlık yaparak kendisine misafir gönderdiğini bize anlattı. Kendisine mobil uygulamdan rezervasyon onayını,ücret bilgisini, tarihleri gösterdik, konaklamadan birkaç gün önce uygulamada yer alan "oteli arayın" başlığıyla belirtilen telefondan yetkiliyi aradığımızı, yerimizin hazır olduğunu söylediğini belirttik. Ama kadın görevli bizi dinlemek istemedi ve sürekli mağdur olduğunu ifade etti. Kendisine konuyu hukuki yolkara taşıyacağımızı ve bizi ortada bırakamayacağını söyleyince bize (yaklaşık 25dk sıcakta kan ter içinde tartıştıktan sonra) rezervasyonda belirtilen odalarımızı verdi. Sonrasında konaklamamız sırasında bir sorun yaşamadık. Otel temiz imkamları sınırlı ama fiyat fayda açısından makul bir yer. Ancak böylevbir gerilim yaşamayı kimseye önermiyorum. Hotels.com'un bu soruna çözüm bulması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
