Quick Trip
We were in town for a quick hunting trip. The house was close & convenient to our destination. The house was clean and had plenty of room for us. Kitchen was great to be able to cook in. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Manasseh trip
Clean and neat. Need to finish remodel. No clothes rods in closets. Need hand rail on steps. No mirror above vanity in master bathroom. Had trouble with key pad lock but hostess was very kind and helpful. Otherwise was a nice stay.

Very nice
The stay was very nice. One thing I would have like different is the mirror in the bathroom with the bath should be lowered. It's too high for short people. Other than that everything was delightful. Oh just to let you the light on the night stand was out. And your handson lawnmower kid did an awesome job! Thank you for having this rental available for my family. Will definitely do it again.

Nice property
Overall out stay was nice. The inside of the house was cozy and homey. The only feedback I would provide is to make sure your yard is kept. We arrived and the yard was all weeds and not appealing. The fire pit was surrounded by tall weeds so it was unusable. Other than the yard it was nice.

returning home
There were a few hiccups, no central air (cooled off quickly and with fans was just fine) and owner adjusted this on the description. There was no working lighting in the third bedroom and overhead fan did not work so we couldn't use the larger bed or room. Beds could be just a bit more comfortable and rods in the closets to hang clothes are needed. Kitchen was well stocked and nice open living room with very comfortable seating for all was special. The cosmetics of the home were outstanding, very nicely remodeled and though there is some small detail work to be addressed, if you are going to be staying in the area I would recommend giving it a consideration. It is a lovely, clean (and I'm a clean freak), quiet, quaint home and owner was very responsive and assured she would address concerns. FYI be careful of open windows for cooling. During a strong breeze it blew an unsecured lamp over. We came in for a funeral and have family in the area, which made having this VRBO very special, thank you, Clorinda and family!

Labor Day Weekend
My Dad, brother, and I came up for a long weekend and to ride the Cumbres-Toltec railroad. It was a beautiful weekend. The house was lovely and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch after a long train ride.
