Room, cleanliness ok. shower needs fixing.

The room was big with a big receiving area and its own flat screen tv. Cleanliness was ok but. the shower had a broken hose and water was coming out from it instead of the shower head. otherwise it is a good hotel.

Fake hotel

The family suite is not a family suite its a 2bedroom with 3 twin beds.. The hotel's condition is aweful. I would change the hotel but they said they will not give my money back so i had to stay there. The parking lot will be full from 9pm to 3am and u will not get a parking spot for ur car because there is a night club inside this hotel. In this hotel there is a small place where they offer shisha in that place .. Please dont step there for 3 shishas we paid 20 BHD which was 200 AED.. And 1water bottle which is aquafina for 5 BHD which is 50 AED . It was the most expensive water bottle i drank in my whole life i think in burj al arab they dont sell it on that price

Nice but Disappointing

the room was very nice but the hotel was very noisy. I was on the 5th floor and there was a bar/night club on the 1st and they stayed open until 8:00am in the morning. I don't know what was happening on the floor above me but it sounded like someone was moving furniture around all night long. I booked the room for 2 adults and when my girlfriend joined me the hotel staff told me I had booked only for one adult and charged me an extra 10 BD for her to stay with me. Although my room was very nice I had no refrigerator to keep any drinks cold and the WiFi only seemed to work periodically. I was very disappointed in the way they seeemed to look at and judge my girlfriend. Not every woman in Bahrain are ladies of the night. This was very disapointing and upsetting to me.

Could be better

Very noisy! Night club on the hotel was playing music until early morning. Cleaner never came despite the fact that we asked twice. The water cable for the shower was liking and it was impossible to take a shower.

Porous Walls, Noisy at Night!

I asked for a quiet room at check-in, but I didn't get one. Any noise happening within four (yes, FOUR!) floors of me I could hear. As my room was within three floors of a disco, I was kept awake until 2:00 a.m., and by 6:00 a.m., the sounds of the morning began. This hotel was located out of the way of things to do, but every time I tried to hire a taxi, they asked me for too much money. But the staff were all excellent, and if I do return to the Taj Plaza, it'll be because of them.

It is a great getaway for bachelor specially the neighborhood. Hotel is very noisy music in arabic club on the 7th floor is just too loud. The suite large having a living and a separate bedroom. The furniture is very old, carpet, curtains, bed covers, all very old and ugly. Pool area is great. Staff very courteous, manager helpful. But very low Mark for furniture, hallway decoration etc.
