Todo estuvo bien hasta que íbamos a entregar las llaves para hacer el Check out y el recepcionista me dijo que expedia no había reservado mi estadía y que tenía que volver a pagar y mucho más que lo que pagué con expidia... Necesito realizar el reclamo necesito ayuda.

Café da manhã ruim e sem água quente

A localização é boa e o tamanho do quarto é muito bom, porém a água do chuveiro não ficava quente, no maximo morno... o café da manhã também deixava a desejar, poucas opções, nem suco tinha. Pelo preço que pagamos (37 dólares) ficamos melhores hospedados em vários outros locais. Não voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Dear Guest; Thank you so much for your review; this definitely help us be better. Our hot water works with solar panel; so the heat from the sun is mostly in charge of how hot the water comes out; we’ll check that specific room you stayed at. The breakfast as we advertise it’s supposed to be continental breakfast; which is: fruits; coffee or juice; we wanted to provide our guest with a more complete breakfast so we added the eggs. Once again; thank you so much for your comment; we’ll make changes in order to improve for our future guests.

Diferencias importantes

La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, tampoco se especifica en la reservación. Se tuvo que pagar $20 adicionales. Hay diferencia de precio entre lo que cobra la aplicación y la que cobran ellos directamente (más barato).

Como le comentamos el dia del check in; la habitacion que usted reservo es con ventilador; nosotros hablamos con hoteles.com y ellos nos dijeron que en su lista de amenities de esa habitacion la ofrecen con ventilador. Nosotros siempre le aconsejamos a nustros huespedes que se comuniquen con la pagina que hicieron la reserva; ya que ellos especifican en las amenities lo que incluye en la reserva; como imagino usted pudo observar. Nuestra tarifa con aire acondicionado tiene diferencia de precio a como usted lo sabe ya que ya ha reservado anteriormente con nosotros esa habitacion. Una vez mas; muchisimas gracias por su comentario.

Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, no cuentan con servicio de alimentación para almuerzo o cena, deben salir a buscar lugares cercanos; si dan el desayuno; es un lugar seguro.

Bad hotel

I stay for 2 night too day, It is too noisy to sleep, The windows have no shea so the Sun is early in your face, You have no phone no Wi-Fi, The housekeeping Service They did not replace towels, They left only one. Overall I will not go back

Sub-par

This is a pretty small, hotel. You can tell they are trying, but it falls short in many ways. The photos online were somewhat misleading. I stay in many different hotels in Nicaragua and this one was poor by most standards here. NO HOT WATER! That is ok for me, but most will be surprised by this.

El hotel estaba en reparaciones por lo que fue un poco molesto el ruido. Las personas del lobby no son tan amables, sobre todo los hombres. Respecto a la reservación no tenían ni idea de mi llegada. De hecho al parecer desconocen de esta página.

Simplicité et gentillesse

Patron sympathique, donnant des conseils judicieux, prêt à rendre tout service. Hôtel simple et agréable, dans un quartier calme avec commerces à proximité. Pas d'eau chaude et petit déjeuner minimaliste.

Great value

We had an early morning flight out of Managua, so we booked this hotel so we could stay the night in Managua before heading to the airport the next morning. They will set up a taxi for you to the airport for $15 that you pay the driver in cash. The taxi ride to the airport was in a nice car and it was a good ride. We chose this hotel mainly because it was the cheapest one we could find and it looked decent from the pictures. So I was a little worried about what we were going to get. The hotel is located on an isolated street which was nice and quiet. When we got to the hotel, the manager was nice and immediately took us to our room. The room was large and spacious. Simple but clean and just what we needed to sleep. The bed was comfortable and we were able to find a movie channel with English on the TV which was nice. The bathroom was clean. We did not shower while we were there so we can't comment on that. There was also a large wardrobe in the room to store you belongings. The AC worked well. We asked for directions to the closest restaurant. I think we misunderstood because we never found the restaurants but we ended up on the main stretch and found a McDonalds. It was about a 5-10 minute walk so not bad.
