A modern holiday villa close to the beach with air conditioning and private pool, the holiday home Can Llorenç has a very modern kitchen with dishwasher and 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa is located near the coastal towns of Porto Cristo and Cala Mendia in the east of Mallorca and is close to the beach. The villa has air conditioning, underfloor heating, ironing board, iron, washing machine, TV with satellite and international channels and Wi-Fi internet connection. The holiday home has a private pool and garden in the landscaped outdoor area. There is also a terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a table tennis table, a covered barbecue area and an enclosure with chickens, pigeons and ducks. The nearest supermarket is located in the centre of Cala Mendia, which is a couple of minutes (1.5km) away by car. There is also a modest selection of restaurants and bars in the area. You will also find the nearest beach there. The nearest airport is in Palma de Mallorca, which is an hour (65km) away by car.

Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben, geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Schöne moderne Küche, Küchengeräte, tip top (ausser Kaffeemaschine).Tolles Haus mit Pool, super Lage in der Nähe von tollen Buchten! Toller Aufenthalt!
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Cons: Der Hühnerstall am Haus ist nicht für Langschläfer gedacht!!!
TV in den Zimmern wäre auch toll!
