Great stay - perfect for February

We enjoyed the location of this property, it was a good size for 4 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to do some cooking. Convenient jacuzzi a short distance from the building. Well kept condo. We did have loud neighbors one night, but were so tired from skiing that everyone fell asleep. The parking garage has a max clearance; so know about your vehicle (with a thule box) before you go. Would stay here again.

Very nice unit. I would stay there again. Big problem was that all I was given was a unit number. It would have been much more convenient if I knew the building name or a map of the complex.There was a mouse in the unit , so management brought mouse traps. The heater in the main bedroom could not be turned off. I contacted management but nothing was done. I finally slept with the window open. Kids had fun on the property in that there were lots of hills to sled on.Location was the best.Kidin that

Long stay not recommended

The condo was clean, though the kitchen could use some updating. There were plenty of beds and enough room for four to six people. It's close to a grocery store and one of the gyms in town. The condo is also near some trails.I wouldn’t recommend this place for a stay longer than about a week. There's no dedicated workspace for remote work—you’d have to sit at the kitchen table. You also can’t stream TV and be on a video call at the same time; the bandwidth just won’t support it.There’s only one parking space inside the building. If you don’t bring your own sheets and stay longer than fourteen days, there’s an additional charge because they want to “protect the integrity of the sheets.”There are four flights of stairs from the garage, which I can imagine would be a pain in the winter when you're carrying ski equipment. When I come to stay in Mammoth for another three weeks, I won’t be staying here.

Can’t wait to come back!

Great condo with all the things we needed. Beds were very comfortable and property manager was very responsive and helpful with a couple of questions we had. Would recommend this unit and stay here again. Location was great to get in and out of town and a quick drive to Twin Lakes as well as Lake Mary. Only about 30 min from June lake as well as Convict lake.

The condo was right across the street from Eagle Lodge making it simple to get on the slopes, but renters should take care to note when Eagle closes for the season. The kitchen was well stocked with all new cookware and utensils. The condo was quiet and roomy with space to spare for our family of five.

Overall very good space and has everything you need, especially for two families with kids - good loft area for all the kids to play and sleep. However it is very inaccessible, there are no elevators to get into the unit. Also no garage parking for a second car so one has to park several blocks away in the main parking area.

Exactly What We Wanted

Property location was ideal. A very short walk to Eagle Lodge lifts. Property waa clean, comfortable and had plenty of basics (spices, coffee filters, pans for cooking). It is a bit dated. Plenty of sleeping space for two families with 8 people. TIght in eating area and living room, which was fine for our needs. We did have an issue. Rental company was responsive and polite. They weren't able to fix the problem, but made a reasonable compensation. They are not kidding about the parking garage and height limit. Our slightly larger than average truck barely fit.

The place is quite big and can easily sleep two couples and their kids. Everything we needed was in the well stocked kitchen including many, many plates and glasses. The spa area has two large spas. The parking area is covered and must have been heated. It's an easy walk to chair 15. This is our second time staying here and we will stay here again.

Enjoyed pool!

Very nice and roomy condo. Pool and fitness room were great for a summer visit. Large TVs in every room. No AC in unit, but several fans are provided and condo complex person brought us another one. The bedding, towels, and kitchen supplies are new and nice quality. Proximity of this unit to the Eagle Lodge and lift would be a great advantage in ski season, so we'd stay here again for that. The free town shuttle has a stop at the resort across the street and so that was very convenient. Would be a 5 but kitchen cabinets are dated, and we had some trouble with the facility, but the on site folks took care of things. Good support by nomadness too.
