Snowbird 106: Upgraded, Steps to Canyon Lodge

This beautifully upgraded 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is located in the Snowbird complex, just steps from Canyon Lodge Ski Area and Bike Park. With a prime location, modern upgrades, and thoughtful touches, it's the perfect retreat for couples or small groups.

Situated on the first floor above the parking garage, the condo is accessed via one flight of stairs from the garage. Inside, the open living space features a foldout queen sofa bed, wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided in winter), large Smart TV, and access to a private deck with peaceful forest views. A dedicated desk space makes it easy to work remotely if needed.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals. The dining area seats four comfortably. The spacious bedroom offers a king-size bed and flat-screen TV, while the bathroom features matching granite finishes and a custom-tiled walk-in shower.

Complex Amenities & Parking
Snowbird provides a convenient on-site coin-operated laundry. Each unit includes one assigned space in the covered parking garage (garage clearance 7'6"). Please note: vehicles taller than 7'6" cannot be accommodated, and no additional on-site parking is available. Paid overnight parking is offered at The Village. Refunds will not be issued for vehicles that cannot fit in the garage.

Location
From Snowbird, enjoy immediate access to Canyon Lodge and the Bike Park. In winter, ride the gondola down to The Village or hop on the year-round free Blue Line Shuttle. In summer, you're just a short drive to the Lakes Basin, golf courses, hiking, and biking trails.

This upgraded Snowbird condo offers comfort, convenience, and one of the best locations in Mammoth Lakes for year-round adventure.

Perfect Mammoth Condo - Canyon Lodge

We had an amazing stay at this condo—perfect for our snowboarding and skiing trip! It’s practically ski-in/ski-out, with just a quick walk to Canyon Lodge (less than 5 minutes). The place was spotless, and everything felt super comfortable—great beds, cozy vibes, and all the essentials we needed. Couldn’t ask for a better setup for hitting the slopes. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Hubs and I truly enjoyed our three day stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. The experience as a whole was completely positive. I personally appreciated the information on elevation sickness (general info binder) as unfortunately it got to me. The two page review of symptoms and advice helped to get me back on track. Cozy, Excellent Location

The condo is small but cozy and well equipped. The garage is nice, especially during snow storms. For us, the main benefit is the location, with a very short walk to the lifts at Canyon.

Clean and simple condo across from Canyon

We really enjoyed our stay. Super close proximity to Canyon Lodge. Kitchen had everything we needed in terms of basic ingredients, salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc. pots and pans. Bedroom, comfortable and clean, bed very comfortable.Sofa bed, not very comfortable, but my two boys managed. Will be back.

The property location was great and the condo was very nice. The only minor thing would be that the kitchen was completely stripped of the basic staples like salt and pepper. It would have been good to have a least a few things like that. It was also disappointing that the hot tub in the rec room was not in service. It would have been great to sit in it after a day of skiing. The pool table and cue sticks also need to be updated. It was almost impossible to use them.

Fantastic location, well maintained condo

Perfect for our skiing trip! Best location possible. Covered parking, great kitchen with plenty of utensils and other supplies for cooking, comfortable King Sized Bed. Condo has a recreation room with ping pong, and pool too. Will definitely stay again!

Location couldn't be better

The good: You walk out the door and walk about 5 minutes to Canyon Lodge. The unit is furnished nicely and the bed was decent for a vacation rental. The building was well kept. During our time there, it snowed a lot and someone was always shoveling the snow from the driveway and front door. The not so good: Unfortunately we stayed in this unit during record breaking snow fall and the snow completely covered the patio and the bedroom window so unit was dark and cold and we couldn't see out at all. The snow completely buried the firewood too- so we couldn't use the fireplace. As mentioned in previous reviews, the wifi is not the most reliable- it did go out a couple times so we also had no streaming on the TV. The kitchen was lacking in some supplies- no pot holders, no salad spinner, no basic salt, pepper, cooking oil, nothing. The building does not seem to be well insulated, we heard a lot of noise from above.. And we did find some random debris on the floor (not from us) while stretching for skiing- but again, so goes vacation rentals.

Great property, great location

We had a blast at this property. Game room for the kids was a blast. Walk to Canyon was so easy. The place is super clean. Only one parking spot and jacuzzi and sauna were not opened which was a bummer, but all in all it was a total blast. We'd stay again for sure.

We had a very satisfying stay. The proximity to Canyon lodge was great! As was the size and amenities of the place. Couple of suggestions -Can never have too much instruction on how to operate TVs etc., Access to channels. -Also if no cell service and emergency call needs to be made, need a back up plan Great stay and would stay again!

Quiet and Peaceful

With plenty of space for the two of us, my husband and I enjoyed our week-long getaway. There were plenty of basics in the kitchen for us to grab a few groceries and make meals. The Wi-Fi and smart tv needed to be reset so we could use streaming services, but it was easy to handle. We enjoyed being around the corner from good food and close enough to everything else to be off the beaten path, but a short car ride away. Such a beautiful place to visit for sure.

Pleasant Surprise

Normally the pictures are always better than reality, however with this property the pictures were justified! And as for the location, I could hit an 8 Iron to Canyon lodge! That's 150yds for the non golf folks or a 3 minute walk. The interior of the unit was thoughtfully upgraded and modern. Easy access to the parking garage. The check in process was easy and the staff whom we had communications with were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome ski condo

This condo was clean, well maintained, so close to Canyon Lodge, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen had all needed to cook and entertain. But, there was absolutely no WIFI available. Nor was there cell reception. This was tough to not be able to connect or call. Condo is beautiful but was a deadzone for our stay!
