This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit sleeps 8 and is right in the heart of the

restaurants and shops on Old Mammoth Road! Walk to everything including the

Red Line shuttle that's free and goes to The Village and Main Lodge! There is

a washer and dryer available on site. The top floor of this unit has wood

floors throughout. The living room features a flat screen TV, cozy wood

burning stove and a sofa bed. The updated kitchen offers everything you need

to cook meals in with friends and family. Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms!

The master offers a queen bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom offers a

bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top). The third bedroom has a queen bed.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with Jack and Jill sinks! Pet Friendly! One

pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call. All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes.

If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our

office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time.

The pet fee is already included in your reservation total if you are bringing

1 pet only. Additional pets must be approved on a case by case basis. If a

second pet is approved, there is an additional pet fee charge of $20 per pet

Great spot, confusing management

Great spot and wonderful location! We appreciated the easy parking and well appointed kitchen (except for salt and pepper, we left some for the next person, lol). You have to pick up keys at a different location, which was very close to the property and actually way easier than expected. The only annoying part was that the jacuzzi key card was not included in our key packet, and by the time we tried to go for a post-ski soak the local office was closed and we couldn’t speak to anyone (they close at 5pm). It seems like this property is managed by Sierra Rentals (local) and also Red Awning. Red Awning suggested we try the emergency line for Sierra Rentals, but a missing key card for the jacuzzi didn’t seem emergent to me. Overall we had a great time but super annoying trying to get in touch with someone if you need help.
