This 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom condo is perfect for a large family with kids! The condo has been remodeled with modern touches and convenience in mind. The spacious living room boasts vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV with DVD player, pellet stove, and balcony. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and offers new appliances, granite countertops, and even has quiet closet cabinets and drawers. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom are located downstairs on the entry level. The master bedroom features a queen bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also downstairs has a queen bed also with en-suite bathroom. There is a washer and dryer downstairs for your use. The kids will enjoy having their own private space upstairs in the loft where it features four twin beds, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The Snowflower complex is conveniently located near town and the Snowcreek golf course, making it a perfect getaway Winter or Summer. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more! This condo sleeps up to 10 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 3 stairs to the unit, 3 levels inside the unit, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Our calendar is updated in real time. (Property Certification #: TOML-CPAN-13461) Unit Code = SNF03

Reunion Fishing trip

Accomadations were adequate except when I read the listing it said 3 bedrooms and loft, when I got there only 2 bedrooms and loft, small disappointment, but we made it work. Great experiences will definitely return, thanks.

Best BNB Stay in Mammoth

We typically visit Mammoth once or twice a year and this was by far one of the best stay we had. Unfortunately, we picked the hottest weekend in California but the property manager was nice enough to drop some fans. We struggled a bit with the light switches and there was one light we were not able to find the switch for.

This is a great condo in a great location

This is a great condo in a great location. It is located in a quiet area of the complex. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms, which is nice. Additionally the kitchen is updated and roomy, and opens to the dining and living area, which is great for entertaining family and friends. Additionally there is a loft, which we did not use for sleeping, but when we had friends over with other kids, the kids retreated to the loft to have their own space. It was really a great all around rental. We will likely seek it out next year when we return to Mammoth. This is highly recommended.

Snowcreek Condo

Location and access was Great!. I did encounter a good workout going up and down the stairs. kitchen layout was superb. Dining area slightly tight and cumbersome, but we managed (Maybe if you pushed the sectional about a foot away, it may open up more). I wish some of the light switches were labeled -we never were able to locate the track light switch, which the LR space needed more lighting. Bedrooms, loft and bathrooms were immaculate. We were just curious, if the TV's had regular/local channels? Small issue we encountered...All in all, beautiful unit and would stay again...

Great place to stay in mammoth lakes

We arrived late and instruction to get the key after hours was clear so no time wwas wasted looking for keys. Overall we liked the place and we think its fabulous if we had stay more nights . It was an awsome experience . Wish the house had more LED lights so it would be more brighter at night times. We would return here if we are coming back next time.

One of Our Favorite Condos EVER!!

What a terrific place to stay!! We absolutely loved our visit. All the amenities were as described. The condo was roomy and very clean and is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in (having made annual summer trips to Mammoth for over 30 years. Everything worked as it should with the exception of the refrigerator. When we arrived and opened it, there was a really bad odor in it. We checked everything; it was very clean—just smelled. In addition, it did not keep food or drinks very cold. We tried to lower the temperature, but it didn’t make any difference. The freezer was fine. Just the refrigerator didn’t seem to be up to par. We left some boxes of baking soda in it. That’s something that you might want to check on. The reason I’m giving the Check in process a 4 is that I would much rather have had a code to use. We had two keys, but for our group that really wasn’t enough since we often engaged in more than two activities and coordinating with only two keys wasn’t optimal.
