Management company is very unprofessional. Maintenance man is wonderful and tried to compensate.
We arrived for an early check in as disused with the representative for the management company . When we opened the door the home was a wreck The bathroom fixture ls were off the walls, the doors were off the closet , there was trash everywhere and the stove bottom drawer was broken . The recliner in the living room was broken (is). We called the emergency number and a very kind man said he would try to resolved Once management arrived the main manager a dark haired middle aged attractive lady was so rude . She asked how we got keys and rolled her eyes and said she could not move us to a different, clean unit. We asked for a refund to book elsewhere, she declined . We asked to call the cleaning service to see if they could clean the unit . She refused to call at that moment and I said I would wait for the call. She finally called and immediacy started speaking Spanish and was not saying kind things . We finally checked in . The washer and dryer have remained inoperable even though we called many times. The washer is full of water the the dryer has no heat . The downstairs bedroom has board covered windows and so it remains dark . The location is great . As a fellow rental properu owner , it saddens me that the home that is an investment for someone , is not being cared for and guests are being treated as a bother.
