Bit of a fixer upper
Overall trip to the area was great but this property is in need of some updating and work. New countertop and floors are nice, but the rest of the unit is rough. WiFi didn’t work, called multiple times and management came out but couldn’t fix it so they dropped of a hotspot which worked but was slowwww. I was given a lesson about the internet by the person on the phone, always nice when they make you feel like you don’t belong. pool access code didn’t work had to call again to get a different code, beds have linens that look like they were borrowed from an old 80’s motel, tv upstairs doesn’t work, upstairs bathroom has the loudest fan that shuts off an on. Again the trip was great overall and the unit was serviceable, but the experience with the management company and general condition of the unit compared to the pictures made us definitely not want to rent through them again.
