Beautiful View

The property was nice. Location exceptional. The property is managed by a third party company called vacasa and getting in contact with them was basically impossible. The door lock was out of battery’s and we were locked out the entire first night. We were not provided any support until the following day.

The place is extremely antiquated.

No extra blankets, only one per bed. No heat in bedrooms. they said they'd send maintenance to check heat. Never showed. Gave us 2 rolls of TP for a 5 day trip with 5 people. Holes in the couch, wallpaper pealing in master bath. Carpet nasty, but asked us to remove shoes? Utensils so old they broke. Handle on a knife and a pan broke off, so old. Toaster cheap. toilets need maintenance, showers super low pressure.

Great location

This property has great proximity to activities such as the village, lakes, and town. It was quiet and tranquil. This property was comfy, but needed some work. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and view but...

Nice location and view but the place needs some serious updating. Only one stove top worked, the dishwasher didn’t clean properly and the heater would go on and off randomly regardless of what the temp was set at.

Great location, needs some maintenance

Pros: location is great. The complex is also awesome and views from outside are wonderful. The walk to canyon is do-able, but I didn't do it with my toddlers. My toddlers loved the bunk beds. The place is spacious and comfortable and we definitely enjoyed our time together there Cons: The fridge doesn't stay cold and the fridge door is missing pieces to keep items in. The freezer on the other hand is way too cold. The oven got hot, but smoked up the entire place and was completely unusable. In addition one of the four burners doesn't work on the stove top. I threw out tons of food that went bad because of the fridge. The chairs around the dining table are mostly old and we were all afraid of them collapsing under us. With a few upgrades (appliances and furniture) this place would be perfect.

Carpet was very dirty and should be replaced. Stove was old and unreliable with uneven burners. Internet never worked and the on site person at office, could not help. Additionally, no where in the description ,did it mention having to climb 30 stairs. Lugging luggage and groceries was not easy. It should be mentioned there is No elevator .

The coffee maker burner was worn out. We had to heat each cup of coffee in the microwave. My socks were caked with dog hair after walking on the carpet. It was so bad that the dog hair even attached to my pants legs. This means that the carpet had not even been vacuumed after the previous tenants checked out. The energy saving light bulbs were so weak that I almost bought new, regular style bulbs for our stay. Just go ahead and put some fans in the place for the summer season! We had trouble with the router/internet..... connectivity was intermittent. One of the dining table chairs needs to be repaired.....the leg is going any day.

Clean & Comfortable although a little dated. Good location

The unit was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults & 2 dogs. Location was close to lakes and village making it easy to start the days adventures and have a nice dinner in the evening. Kitchen is a little dated but still functional. Only negative is the long stairway if seniors are included in party.

Need New Manager

The manager was non-existant. This is an independantly owned unit with separate offsite manager. The onsite manger doesn't take care of rentals. Off site management never returned mutliple phones because wifi instructions weren't posted where they were supposed to be. Unit was not thoroughly cleaned. Unit layout very nice as was the complex. Won't be coming back

Nice place but...

When we checked in the refridgerator wasn't working. The toilet in the 2nd bath didn't flush and the shower in the 2nd bath wouldn't give cold water. The office offered to bring over a cooler with some ice but we decided to just asked for the repairman to show up early the next morning. He was able to repair everything and was friendly.

Cozy and comfortable... the perfect getaway!

This was a great unit... we had a group of 6 and it fit us perfectly... although we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, it was an amazing weekend... Super close to Canyon is a plus and also being close to the Village was a major plus. We loved the indoor hot tub (although we didn't have the code to get in and had to ask a neighbor)... Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
