Easy, fun, accommodating and convenient.

Thanks to having a great place to stay, this was our best trip to Mammoth in recent memory. The condo was spacious yet cozy and had all the amenities we wanted/needed. The beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for a small family.

We Will Stay Here AGAIN!

We were so impressed. The decor was well chosen, the appliances are all practically new. The amenities were exactly as described, the location is close enough to walk, although my lazy self and my lazy teen did drive one day. The property owner was EXTREMELY responsive and great host. KUDOS!

Great location!

Close walk to the Canyons was great. Wish the hot tub and pool was open but . . . that's COVID. Unit was clean and nicely furnished. Only issue was party noise from adjacent unit.

High quality ski condo very close to Mammoth Canyon Lodge,

High quality. Well stocked. One minor maintenance item that need repair is the master bathroom toilet does not seal on flushing and keeps running unless you physically go into the tank and manually push it down.

Wonderful condo close to the slopes

This condo is exactly as advertised and very comfortable. From the beds to the couch and the modern kitchen, you really cannot go wrong. Parking is right out front and the staff at the 1849 condos were super friendly and helpful. The facilities including the hot tubs and rec room are a nice perk but the best part is the proximity to the lifts. I've been coming to Mammoth for more than 20 years and many times I've parked and walked a lot longer than from this condo. Mark is really responsive and helpful too. We will be back for sure

Close to the lakes, beary themed and modernized condo.

Amazing find and themed wonderfully. The condo had one tiny quirk for example the step from the kitchen that leads to the living area wasn’t a full step. We found ourselves constantly tripping over the uneven step, but solved the problem by moving the trashcan to prevent us from tripping; an easy fix. Other than that everything was perfect and we certainly enjoyed our stay. Also, the condo was conveniently located very close to the lakes. The owner was also very nice and communication wasn’t an issue. Had an awesome time, thanks again.

Lovely place!

We rented this place for 5 nights and I only have the best words for it! It is located close to the ski slopes but not too far from the village. Very quiet and very clean! There are wide windows in the dining/living area, beautiful kitchen equipped with all you need, comfortable beds, everything is well taken care of and nicely decorated with bears and mountain themed. When we were not hiking or fishing, we relaxed on the beautiful nook by the window-everyone’s favorite place especially during rainy hours! My boys loved the bunked beds and the huge sofa. There is a pool area with 3 hot tubs and a very nice chill area, also two laundry machines and two driers. Thank you Mark for all your help during our first day! We would definitely recommend this place and we hope we’ll go back to it!

Mountain Summer 2019

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The property owner was attentive and accessible for any of our needs (although there really weren’t any). Parking was convenient and keyless entry was very nice. It was clean and roomy and had TVs in every room. Laundry facilities were accessible and easy to use. There were small humidifiers in each room which was a nice touch in the mountains where it can get dry. The kitchen was clean and had newer appliances. The dining table was nice and big for a large family dinner. The living room couch was SOOO comfy. Beds were clean and comfortable with nice linens.

Clean and updated

The owner did a great job updating this property. It has a great view (our other "premium view" across the lot was not as nice. There were a few kinks but the owner addressed the issues immediately and was easy to communicate with about what was needed. The kids loved the bear themed decor and the bunk beds. We would stay here again.
