"We stayed at this property for 3 days, and they never cleaned our room, first a person in the front desk told us that it was every other day and then they told us that we should of especified that we wanted it before coming in for the stay and there was nothing they could do about it. "

It was together without screws and fell apart when I sat on it. The red chair in room needs cleaning. I notified staff of broken chair and bed. The staffer (Indian) male stated he would have maintenance look at it with no time given. He did not seen concerned when I told him about falling from the chair. The morning staffer (Hispanic) male said its known the headboard wasn't attached. "
