Have to say, we couldn’t fault the hotel. It’s was spotless, staff were so polite and helpful and it was walking distance to lots of restaurants, the beach and the marina. Would definitely come back.

Overall excellent stay, staff were amazing but could of had a few more menu options. It was the same menu for lunch and dinner. Food was great though!

We had a fabulous 5 night stay and would highly recommend Portals Hills. Loved everything about the hotel.. stylish rooms and decor, great views, really clean, lovely food and the most friendly and helpful staff. I can be fussy with hotels so often find some area that isn’t quite right but honestly could not fault this one in any way.

First time at Portals Hills and would definitely return. All staff members went above and beyond to make you feel special. Close to many restaurants though some require a taxi.

Expensive for what it is. Very small property. Breakfast limited. Couldn’t get sun loungers one day as too busy. Couldn’t use half board on lunch (only hotel I have ever come across that won’t let you do that). Gym tiny. AC didn’t work in there one day so was unbearable. Very clean though. Rooms nice. Lunch was good, bar area nice.

Plainly put: this hotel is swank and in a very cool neighborhood... especially if you're trying to find an area more relaxed than Palma. The staff is all helpful and friendly, the pool and vistas are fantastic and the drinks and food are great. Our room was nice but there was just one thing that drove my wife and I nuts: at least in our room, the blinds/curtains don't close all of the way (the track on each side of the window goes from the edge of the room/window to about halfway to the middle. What all this means is that you're waking up at 7am every morning whether you like it or not. That aside, again, the service and property are stunning and I would absolutely go back and recommend to people.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, großzügige Suiten mit Meerblick, gute Lage (mit dem Auto 12 Minuten nach Palma , ca. 25 Minuten zum Flughafen und keine 5 Minuten zum Hafen von Portals). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hervorzuheben ebenso wie die extreme Sauberkeit ! Frühstück sehr gut, kein Massenbuffet sondern alles appetitlich angerichtet, extra Menükarte für Eier- und Süssspeisen, alles wird ganz frisch zubereitet.

Lovely hotel with great staff

Excellent boutique hotel in a quiet area but only a very short walk to the towncentre. The client definitely comes first as the service is supetb without being intrusive. We stayed for 3 nights then moved to another more experienced hotel for three more nights. Portals hill was easily the better one

Dejligt hotel med verdens bedste personale.

Fantastisk personale. Venlige, opmærksomme, service mindede, smilende - alt kunne lade sig gøre. Hotellet ligger skønt med udsigt og kun 10 min gang fra havnen. Skøn morgen buffet, super bar og dejlig restaurant.

Excellent hotel ..especially the first class service! Miami vibe decor. Breakfast was an added bonus. Immaculate throughout…loved the turndown service, fresh towels,water & toiletries. Easy 15 minute walk to the marina but a taxi back uphill.

Świetny hotel

Świetny hotel. Personel na najwyższym pobycie. Bardzo ladny widok z pokoju na 3 pietrze. Hotel oddalony od portu 15minut spacerem. W odległości 5 minut od hotelu kilka restauracji i mały supermarket. Odległość od plazy 12 minut spacerem,ale mozna tez skorzystać z Taxi i bedzie szybciej 😊 jak ktos nie chce isc pod gore. Hotel oddalony od miasta Palma de Majorka ok 15-20 minut samochodem. Wszystko 👍.

Absoluter 5 Sterne Boutiquestandard.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Villen-Lage über Portal Nous. Alle Zimmer haben Balkone mit Meerblick. Der Ortskern ist fußläufig zu erreichen (5min). Zum Strand braucht man 10 Minuten. Die Poolsituation, mit Bar ist allerdings so fantastisch, dass der Weg an den Strand schwerfällt. Das Hotel ist maximal vor 5 Jahren gebaut worden und in einem Topzustand. Die Architektur ist aussergewöhnlich und elegant. Alles ist vorwiegend in weiß-gold gehalten. Alle Böden sind hochglänzend weiß, sodass man den Eindruck hat, von Ihnen essen zu können. Das Personal ist absolut professionell, freundlich und umfangreich vorhanden. Man bekommt die Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und mit allem ausgestattet was einen fünf Sternestandard ausmacht. Im Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant, das den Gesamteindruck abrundet und hohen Ansprüchen genügt. Das Ganze ist allerdings hochpreisig, aber der Qualität entsprechend angemessen.
