Welcome to this spectacular triplex for 4 people, with great views to the sea in Colonia de Sant Jordi.
This beautiful triplex offers an amazing terrace perfectly furnished to spend unforgettable evenings. It features a large exterior table with chairs where you will be able to admire the sunrise and sunset while enjoying a delicious breakfast or a good dinner with the best company. And even better, you can sit on the couch or armchairs and relax while admiring the stunning beauty of the sea.

The private entrance to the house is on the ground floor and it leads to the first floor with the common areas like the modern and surprising kitchen open to living and dining room. It has AC and a panoramic view to the sea as if you were sailing the quiet Mediterranean waters. Here you find a comfortable sofa where you can sit and watch TV, the dining area and the kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic top, good appliances and a bar with stools. On the same level you find a bathroom with a shower for the whole floor and two bedrooms with a closet and AC each. One has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom and the other has a single bed. On the top floor you find the last bedroom that features a single bed and exit to a terrace with amazing views to the sea and to the island of Cabrera. At this terrace you will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board.

Colonia de Sant Jordi is a wonderful coastal area, beautiful and lively, where you will enjoy good restaurants serving fresh fish. The village offers all kinds of services and entertainment. You can spend a great day at the beach for instance in the beach of Colonia de Sant Jordi, about 700 metres away from the property, or in others like the one in es Trenc about 6 km away. You can make boat excursions to the island of Cabrera, for example, or you can drive skirting the coast to know other lovely towns and places in the island.

Ein traumhafter Blick auf das Meer.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, hat eine schöne Terrasse und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche und die Bäder sind sehr ordentlich und sauber nur zu empfehlen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder dort buchen. Vielen Vielen Dank

Lage Top , Wohnung sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Wir waren im Oktober zehn Tage in der Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung in Ort Colonia Sant Jordi der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach unschlagbar. Man ist nah genug an allem dran aber hat trotzdem seine Ruhe. Die Abwicklung der Reservierung und die Übergabe des Schlüssels am Flughafen hat einwandfrei geklappt. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist sehr schön man hat genügend Platz und ist wirklich für sich. Wir hatten uns allerdings etwas mehr von der Beschreibung und den Fotos der Wohnung erwartet. Die Einrichtung sowohl in der Wohnung als auch auf der Terrasse ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sehr abgenutzt. Im Großen und Ganzen war es schon sauber man darf halt in Spanien nicht so genau hingucken. Die Wohnung bräuchte definitiv mal eine Generalüberholung dann wäre dieser auch den Preis wert. Ein paar neue Möbel vor allem auf der Terrasse wären nötig. Es sieht sehr viel Deko rum was vermutlich auch ziemlich schwer ist sauber zu halten , der grüne Teppich unter dem Esstisch muss definitiv entsorgt werden der ist schon ziemlich grenzwertig. Für den Preis den wir im Oktober bezahlt haben war die Wohnung o. k. für den Preis der für die Wohnung im Sommer verlangt wird ist die Ausstattung definitiv zu schlecht/ abgenutzt . Wer allerdings nicht so viel Wert darauf legt mit dem es wichtiger ist eine Wohnung mit einer super Lage zu haben der ist hier genau richtig.
