El estubo genial nos dieron la bienvenida con can cava rosado, los y las recepcionistas un 10 las instalaciones geniales, la comida del Grigo espectacular. Los camareros super simpáticos. Así que repetiremos seguro.

Excelente para famílias
Excelente estadia, hotel acabou de ser renovado e todas as instalações são novas, os quartos são de bom tamanho, as piscinas são ótimas apesar da água fria. Tem muita opção de recreação tanto para crianças quanto adultos, a comida de excelente qualidade. A praia em frente ao hotel para mar do Caribe, recomendo de olhos fechados!

Wonderful
Second time at a Iberostar. It is a great place. All workers there are helpful, seem happy and work well together. You must treat them well. Very comfortable. I would come again. So relaxing. Food was good. But here are some comments - room was a little small. No room for 2 suitcases. We had to use the desk. No waste paper basket in main room ( one could fit under the bedside table.) Because of structure of desk we cold not stow things under desk. Perhaps more shelves, or hooks. - we wanted to explore the island but you had little info about it. The one person there could sell us a boat trip but we would have to take city bus to next town! We went walking outside and found a travel agent not related to your hotel. We could get a bus there for tour of caves ( and other places if we wanted) We did this …it made us enjoy our time at Iberostar even more being able to do this. Consider more help in tours - I was on roof with star prestige. Lovely but often all chairs were occupied with towels /possessions being saved. Perhaps a notice not to do this so all could enjoy

The walls are so thin we could hear everything the family next to us was saying. We could even hear their footsteps. (Im sure they could hear us too). Also the tv didnt work.

Trevliga personal, perfekt mat, fin hotel, jätte bra för barn familjer, nära till stranden( 150 m) om man äter glutenfri alltid finns gott mat som grill eller stekt fisk, pork, eller kyckling som man kan äta, jag har testat med special apparat och maten var 100 glutenfritt. Jätte bra Hotel bara deras sängar var inte bra och bekväm.

Lovely stay in Mallorca, the location is nice and secluded. Depending on your meal plan, you might not enjoy all restaurants on property, you might also have to pay extra for any snacks. There is plenty of entertainment and the whole staff is really nice.

Friendly staff. Nice beach. At the time unfortunately the indoor pool and jacuzzi was unavailable due to renovation. Entertainment available everyday in the evenings and was enjoyable for everyone.

hotel albufera playa fermé on nous a attribué une chambre à l'hôtel d'à coté albufera park ; la première chambre attribuée n'était pas fidèle à la présentation de la réservation chambre à la deco veillotte avec couverture à l'ancienne avec vue sur la piscine alors que nous avions demandé une vue jardin , chambre donnant directement sur l'espace de spectacle une horreur en terme de bruit, une vraie nuisance, impossible d'entendre la télé tellement le son du spectacle était fort après une plainte à la réception on nous a attribué une chambre mieux placée où le volume sonore du spectacle pouvait être acceptable, et une chambre à la déco plus fidèle de celle réservée avec couette et polaire . personnel très à l'écoute, restauration copieuse et très diversifiée , on s'est régalé . Si vous aimez les hôtels de standing calme alors éviter cet hôtel qui privilégie les familles avec animations à gogo , selon moi iberostar albufera est un club vacances plus qu'un hôtel

This hotel was utterly fabulous. The rooms are nice and spacious - a clean look with all the necessary amenities and a nice balcony overlooking the resort (sometimes with a sea view if this is what you book). The pool area is large overall, as there are three distinct pools of different depths. Located next to the Iberoatar Albufera Park, you can share their facilities too, which will be attractive to those travelling with children as the Park Resort has a children’s pool too. The food is fabulous. There is a lot of variety for both breakfast and dinner with a selection of cold cuts and salads, hot stations and live cooking areas. There is entertainment each night and the staff are super friendly, greeting you every time you walk past. The best part? Direct beach access to Platja de Muro, which is one of the most stunning beaches I have seen. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Me gustó especialmente la zona del loungue only adults al coger el star prestige.buenas piscinas. La comida es buena y la varían todos los días. En el todo incluido en cuanto a bebidas estan incluidas las normales(cacique, Barceló, absolut...), vino solo esta incluido uno de Navarra y otro Penedés, el resto hay que pagar suplemento. Aun asi bastante bien. Los camareros y encargados todo el tiempo pendiente de servirte y ayudarte, muy agradables y simpáticos. Las habitaciones pequeñas y quizás se notan ya muy usadas pero el armario y cajones suficientes. Llama la atención el lujo de los baños para uso general repartidos por todo el complejo, al lado de lo simple que es el de las habitaciones. Servicio habitaciones impecable..todo lo que necesites, y además se acuerdan todos los dias de cuales son tus peticiones extra....a pesar de la cantidad de habitaciones que tienen....

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer, am schönen weiten Strand der Alcudiabucht, ist ausgezeichnet. Auch die Aktivitäten, die im Hotel angeboten werden, sind sehr gut. Kinderfreundlichkeit wird groß geschrieben. Aber auch der Ruhesuchende wird durch die Ruhezohnen im Hotel verwöhnt, leider kostenplichtig. Für nachtaktive Urlauber ist das Hotel weniger geeignet. Bars, Diskos und Restaurants sind nur mit Auto oder Bus gut erreichbar. Für Wander- und Radsportbegeisterte ist das Hotel durch seine Lage direkt am Nationalpark ein exelenter Startpunkt. Die Zimmer könnten mal eine Renovierung vertragen, sind aber gut Ausgestattet. Das Personal ist, wie in allen Iberostarhotels, sehr nah am Gast.

Sehr nettes Personal, super leckeres Essen. Schade, dass am Strand die Liegen und der Sonnenschirm extra bezahlt werden muss, happige 15 Euro/Tag. Zimmersafe Miete teure 3 Euro/Tag. Manchmal riecht es auf der Hotelanlage wie auf einer Abwasseranlage. Schöne Zimmer mit geräumigem Bad.

Malísima calidad en los dormitorios, colchones de muelles destrozados por el uso que dejan contracturas en cuello y espalda a quien los usa. Total desinterés por parte del hotel cuando les trasladamos el problema. Muy decepcionante para un hotel 4*.

Très bel hôtel, les chambres mériteraient d'avoir de nouvelles portes, l'isolation n'est pas terrible du tout ! Hôtel idéal pour les familles, beaucoup d'enfants ! Je déconseille pour un couple ! La plage est accessible depuis l'hôtel et est juste splendide (les chaises ne sont pas comprises dans le prix) ! Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et disponible. Je conseille de prendre l'all inclusive, leur concept est très bien. La nourriture est très variée et très bonne, aaaaaa la soirée du homard ! Sauf les desserts bof bof ! J'y retournerais très volontiers en juin plutôt quand il y a moins de poussettes !
