Schlecht - Tiefkühlkost überwiegend beim Essen - Zu wenig Personal - Kein Abzug im Badezimmer - Klimaanlage tropft - Instandhaltung schlecht (Bad Tür quillt auf, lauter Kratzer und Dellen am Bett und Möbel) - Keine Wasserflaschen auf Zimmer - Keinen Wasserkocher auf Zimmer, nur gegen 14€/Woche Aufpreis - Trinken nur aus Papp Bechern, auch Kaffee - Getränke holen Am anderen Ende des Hotels da nur eine Bar offen hatte - Kaffee schmeckt nicht - Wenn essen leer war, in der Hälfte der Essenszeit wurde es nicht aufgefüllt (Frühstück von 7.30-10 Uhr und ab 8.30 Uhr kein Toast mehr und Brötchen mehr ) - Getränke durften nicht mitgenommen werden (nicht mal Kaffee aus papierbechern) - Sterilisation für Babyflaschen wurde angeboten, war aber nur für Mikrowelle und sie hatten keine Milkrowelle - Bettdecke ohne Bezug auch auf Nachfrage : es gibt keinen Gut - Laktosefreie Milch - Schöner Ausblick vom Zimmer (bei auf Preis )

L’hôtel est top, le personnel adorable et investi ! La localisation est exceptionnelle ! Le buffet n’est pas incroyable mais il y a du choix et tous les repas ne se ressemblent pas ! (Les cocktails en tout compris ne sont pas fait maison) Je recommande cet établissement !!! Piscine superbe, spot magnifique ! Petit hic pour la partie ménage, mes draps n’ont pas été changé en dix jours et le petit coucou de la femme de ménage lorsque j’étais sous la douche 😂. Les personnes à la réception sont des amours !

This property has no life at all. Rooms are old,staff rude,no entertainment at all. The hotel doesn't have a license for the music so the are not allowed even to put some music by the pool area. The only good thing is the food. The drinks are again very bad and if you are asking for a alcohol shot they won't give you even if you booked an all inclusive. Very disappointed Worst hotel in Palma de Mallorca so far.

overall a good choice
Positive: nice view from balkony, daily activities within the hotel to stay entertained for both adults and kids, service and personnel were helpful and cheerful, location near beach, pools and bars were good, breakfast lunch and dinner really worth the money with different choices daily Negative: the room was not the most advanced in terms of equipment, the gym was also lacking some major equipment for a full workout

De kamer waar wij verbleven was niet zo “mooi” op een gegeven moment stond de badkamer onder water door een lek vanuit het plafond.. we konden de receptie niet bereiken uit ons kamer we moesten effectief naar het onthaalloket gaan.. ik zou hier niet verblijven voor de 2de keer en zeker niet voor de prijs wat ik heb betaald. Geen variatie bij de maaltijden, het was altijd hetzelfde.. Het was enorm tegengevallen jammer.

All inclusive food was surprisingly good. It was very early in the season so not many facilities open. Resort is beautiful and hotel situated in a brilliant position.

Immerso in un paesaggio meraviglioso, questo hotel e il suo Staff creano una vacanza indimenticabile. La struttura è su un piccolo promontorio tra due spiagge, veramente attaccato al mare: qualche gradino e ci si tuffa in mare. Dall'uscita dell'hotel alla spiaggia c'è un lungo mare, il quale prosegue costeggiando il promontorio fino a un'altra vicina spiaggia. Da un lato i meravigliosi pini marittimi e dall'altro un mare pulito e luccicante garantiscono una vista si può assaporare solo sul posto, veramente consigliato. Spiagge di sabbia finissima e pesci di varia razza facilmente visibili nel limpido mare. Consiglierei un po' più di cura ai tendaggi del corridoio, un po' rovinati. Unica nota dolente i pasti. Non sono capaci di fare una pasta buona, di livello. Sughi per pasta semplici e sempre uguali (pomodoro o quattroformaggi), mi sarei aspettato qualche buon sugo di mare, pesto.. Inoltre pasta stracotta o gommosa lasciata al caldo per troppo. Pizza buona ma non al livello di quella Italiana. Buoni i secondi di pollo e il pesce alla piastra. In pratica mancano i primi e magari cottura in umido per il pesce per evitare i fritti. Comunque sempre trovato qualcosa, c'è una buona scelta. Ottimo il sistema a buffet e veramente velocissimi e disponibili i camerieri. Tutto il personale gentile e disponibile, fuorchè una ragazza alla reception non troppo disponibile se si conosce un inglese scolastico. Nel complesso tutto meraviglioso. Stanze buone e con anche tuttol'occorrente

Not enough staff in the meal area -the first week we all had to search for cutlery both breakfast/dinner Tables were backed up with used plates-got better the second week. i had booked a Superior room with sea view-as we were on the second floor -we could see bits of the sea through trees.we had no kettle nor mini fridge-did asked to be moved but they declined--i asked a cleaner if this was a Superior she said NO?? on booking in they asked who i booked through and there was raised eyebrows when i told them EXPEDIA-they asked to see our bookig form then took a photo copy-this has never happened before-i go on holidays 3 times a year

Nur, wenn es sonst nirgends mehr Zimmer gibt...
Niemals zuvor habe ich so unfreundliches, freches, arrogantes Personal an der Rezeption erlebt. Außerdem Vorsicht bei Meerblickzimmern. Die Bilder täuschen gewaltig. Je nach Etage ist das Meer seitlich, aus weiter Entfernung oder durch Bäume zu erahnen.

Alles im Allgemeinen war der Aufenthalt ganz ok. Gute Auswahl an Essen. Leider jeden Tag etwas kaputt, mal die Getränkeautomaten dann der Billardtisch. Circa 15 cm großer Schimmelfleck auf dem Teppich im Zimmer. Das ist gesundheitsgefährdend.

he reception staff are not polite at all specialy the gay with mustache, and the girl call Dinya , we complained about the room there was a lot of ants and the conditioner was leaking , but she ignored us........the service is very bad and the BF is not delicious at all. Last time in this hotel.

Hôtel vraiment nul j’ai passé un mauvais séjour dans cette hôtel car le service était désagréable la chambre que vous commander n’est pas comme à l’arrivée Des vacances qui commence mal car il faut tout redemander tout réexpliquer suite à vos réservations vous arrivez fatigué pour du repos vous vous retrouver à avoir des désaccords pour votre chambre et ne vous donne aucun choix L’hôtel s’occupe mal de ses clients ne leur explique rien la chambre est ancienne le lit n’est pas du tout confortable très dur Mobilier très ancien ne donne pas du tout envie de retourner là-bas en vacances

Personal i reception var otrevlig och väntan olidlig på sin tur, saknades toalettpapper, drickautomat tog pengar men ingen dricka, fick tjata oss till pengar tillbaka ,för lite solstolar och speciellt parasoller. Fick rusa efter stol exakt kl 08.45 och sen fanns inga stolar och folk hade lagt ut handdukar på flera stolar som inte användes, stökigt i korridor på natten med fylla

Wonderfully clean and fresh hotel with a few elements of disorganisation that were frustrating at time. E.g. our hotel was cleaned but towels not replaced. We also missed our flight out there and were not immediately checked in despite it not being peak season. Staff on front desk seemed flustered. For the price though, a wonderful stay and were always able to get a sun lounger. All inclusive drinks on tap!

Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich gut und mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Diverse Restaurants, eine Anlegestelle und die Einkaufspassage waren mit wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Leider lies die Sauberkeit zu wünschen überig. Im Badezimmer waren überall Haare zu finden und der Boden war noch mit Müll der vorherigen Bewohner verschmutzt.Das Zimmer sah ganz anders aus als auf den Bilder und war auch deutlich kleiner, als bei der Buchung angegeben war. Zusätzlich wurde auch nur für 2 statt für 3 Personen vorbereitet.Das Personal war sehr freundlich,sprach aber nur spanisch oder sehr gebrochenes Englisch. Für Kurzurlaube, oder wenn man nicht viel Zeit auf dem Zimmer verbringt in Ordnung, für mehr als 2 Personen allerdings schlecht geeignet.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht, das ich beim "Check in" ziemlich unfreundlich behandelt worden war und sogar noch in eine andere Unterkunft geschickt wurde, das mit dem Auto 40min entfernt ist (Weil das Hotel voll war?!). Als Entschädigung erhielt ich ein Bändchen "All inclusive" immerhin. Trotzdem muss ich sagen ist die Lage sehr schön und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Pools sind gross genug für alle. Das Personal müssen sie neu schulen, wie man mit Gästen umgeht...

It’s not a bad hotel, but it could use some remodeling. There were next to no amenities, and those that were there either were really old or did not work. On the other hand, it has a nice view, it’s in a good area, and the outside property is pretty nice.
