初めてのマヨルカでも安心です

初めてマヨルカ島に行き、無事たどり着けるか心配でしたが、ホテルの前にバス停があり、とても分かりやすいホテルでした。スタッフの対応もよく、部屋も使いやすく、朝食もおいしかったです。

We enjoyed our stay!) Especially super grateful for the late check out, it didn’t cost too much, but saved the whole day near beach:) Location is great, 3-5 minutes from the Illetes beach as well! The bus stop to the Palma located right next to the hotel! Overall we did have a good time! Thank you!

Lovely hotel and people

A real gem of a place. Positioned on a hillside, with rooms strategically angled so that most have a partial sea view. Lovely clean pools and a nice bar and poolside restaurant. Lots of little activities such as tennis, and mini golf. You can access equipment, including beach umbrellas, and change your towels, in reception at any time. You use the slightly upmarket sister hotel opposite for dinner. You should be able to use their impressive sea-facing pool, but we weren’t able to as they were at capacity. A couple of very small beaches nearby, 15 minute walk or 3 minute bus ride. Bus is €2pp and only takes cash. Beaches were crammed, probably worth going further afield if you prefer the sea to the pool. Buffet dinner was quite varied and pleasant. Men must wear trousers so come prepared. An hour or so of music/entertainment in the evenings by the pool. Would be nice if they continue to play music after the sets end. The real jewels in the crown here are the staff. Very warm and friendly, helpful and cheerful. From hospitality to housekeeping, we chatted to everyone. A credit to the brand. We all really enjoyed our short stay, highly recommended.

Bättre än förväntat

Bra prisvärt boende. Överförväntan. Städning mycket bra och flexibel. Fin fin utsikt över hav och park. Poolområdet fint, men trallen på däcken behöver åtgärdas. Bussen utanför. Nära till badstranden.

Flott hotellopphold første uka i August 2022. Veldig varmt vær og fine bassengdager. Rikholdig og smakfull frokost, og hyggelig lunsjbar med bra utvalg på restauranten ved bassenget. Fin hage/parkanlegg rundt hotellet!

A nice hotel in a quiet part of Majorca. Useful that the facilities of the sister hotel across the road can be used. Food was lovely - we stayed half board and the dinner is taken in the sister hotel. Hotel common areas, pool area and rooms in some need of TLC but a good option for an inexpensive short stay in the sun

Every other day the cleaning forgot to fill the room with toiletpapers, towels and soup. We needed to go down to the reception to ask for those items several times. You are also needed to sit in a shirt when eating lunch by the pool area, I small detail but does a lot in the hot weater.

Hay que saber que hay 2 hoteles Bonanza. Bonanza Park y Bonanza Playa. Estan en frente y es la misma gestion (precios muy similares) pero no dan derecho a las mismas prestaciones. Debido a esto, hay un descontrol total de lo que se puede y lo que no. El personal de la recepción no sabe, estan mal informados (y mal formados). Necesitarían aprender a organizarse, falta personal profesional de hostelería en la recepción. En cuanto a instalaciones el hotel es muy guapo. El desyuno esta muy bien y personal del comedor amable y acogedor. No volveria a este hotel por la desorganización que tiene y la mala sensación que deja los empleados por la falta de formación.
