We loved our stay at this property, particularly the fabulous water views. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was one of the most well equipped we have encountered. The yard was very secure for our dog, who enjoyed walks on the nearby boardwalk and into the Mallacoota town centre.

The scenery was amazing, and the room was clean and nicely decorated.The only issue was the quilt — it seemed like it hadn’t been used for a while and had some fine dust on it. When I opened it, I had an allergic reaction and started coughing continuously.

We absolutely loved our stay in Mallacoota. From the moment we walked through the door, the home had such a warm and welcoming ambience, complemented by truly stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire house was beautifully fitted out with everything we needed. The location was excellent—peaceful, convenient, and perfect for exploring the area. We also really appreciated the secure yard, which was ideal for our dog to safely enjoy. We genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this fantastic getaway!

July in Mallacoota

This is quite a large house with a large garden for the dog. Being elevated it is great to watch the sun rise over the lake. Our dog loved lying on the floor in the sun by the front window. We chose the wrong week to stay with the bakery, butcher and cafe overlooking the lake closed but Lucy’s dumplings made up for this. Really enjoyed our stay and now know how and where to catch salmon.
