Great disappointment!
"No good at all! I think its the fault of Hotel.com. They had NO idea of guests arriving, more or less closed because of Covid! No room ready, NO Breakfast!! No hot water! We slept there because I knew it would be hardly impossible to get the money back from Hotel.com !"

Great hotel for one night.
"Great hotel on our way to Chiang Rai. Clean and comfortable close to many restaurants. Only issue is no sound proofing of the room, so you hear every one in the hallway."

"We stayed for 3 nights and visited a few attractions from this as a base. The house was everything it said it would be and Simon was attentive and helpful at every stage. He even rented us his own car !"
