It also has a parking space in the garage located in the same building, available to guests.

The apartment is located 100m from the railway station, in the downtown area, very close to restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, playgrounds and everything you may need within walking distance.

Malgrat de Mar is 60 km from Barcelona and 20 km from the Costa Brava, its strategic location, makes it the ideal location to enjoy and get to know our entire coast.
