Tucked away in the quiet coastal area of Paleokastro, just outside the vibrant city of Heraklion, Elia 5 Maisonette offers an ideal setting for a relaxing escape — complete with a private 10m² swimming pool, a beautifully landscaped garden, and two cozy bedrooms that make it perfect for couples, small families, or friends traveling together.



The home spans two comfortable levels, thoughtfully designed to offer space and privacy for up to four guests. Upstairs, you’ll find two bright and airy bedrooms, each with a double bed, dressed in soft linens and surrounded by large windows that invite in the light and breeze. The layout allows each guest their own sense of space, whether you're traveling as a couple or with children or friends.



The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area that feels both warm and welcoming, with touches of wood, light colors, and carefully selected decorative elements. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and cookware — making it easy to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to relaxed evening meals.



The bathroom, also on the ground level, includes a spacious walk-in shower, modern fittings, and fresh towels provided upon arrival. For your convenience, the home also offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a fireplace for off-season stays, and a washing machine for longer visits.



Outside, Elia 5 truly shines. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a sun-soaked stone terrace with lounge chairs — perfect for cooling dips and lazy afternoons in the Cretan sun. A shaded veranda extends from the house, creating a natural flow from indoor to outdoor living. Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning coffee, an open-air lunch, or a glass of wine under the stars, this space is designed to bring you close to nature.



A built-in BBQ adds to the outdoor experience, inviting long summer evenings around the grill. With side parking available just next to the maisonette, you'll have total ease of access.



And when you're ready to explore, the sea is just a 600-meter walk away, while Heraklion’s city center and airport are only a short drive, offering easy access to cultural landmarks, shopping, and nightlife — all without giving up the peace and privacy of your retreat.

Bon séjour. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et aux petits soins pour que l'on passe de bonnes vacances. Les photos correspondent au logement.Petit bémol : la cuisine manque un peu d'équipements, le descriptif ne correspond pas forcément à ce qu'il y a.
