Hondafushi is an amazing island. Very quite and privet, not a lots of people. A lot of places around the island where is no people and it’s just you and the ocean. Be aware the transfer fee will go up after the booking from $120 to $420 for a person. Plus on the day of check out- they will change you extra after 12 pm for the room. For people who likes to be in quite vacation- it’s a great place to be. There only one restaurant - but for the reason the buffet is better than some other hotels. We order there special lobster $150 for 2 people they made special set up of tent next to the ocean definitely was amazing experience! Over all great island! A bit hotter than others Maldives island, but more privet and relaxing. Thank you !

The island is in need of renovation. Rooms are tired. Not a comfortable seat in the restaurant or the bar. The guys in the bar bring you a folded towel to sit on. The walk ways have branches and rubbish dumped right by the edge where people can see. The food is almost the same every meal. I couldn’t eat any of the food as it was all spicy. Garlicky or pasta. I was only offered grilled chicken and veg or fish and veg every lunch and dinner for 2 weeks. Everything is a fair old walk to get to, depending where your room is. You can only snorkel on the opposite side of the island to where the rooms are. There seems to be smoking or vaping inside the bar and vaping in the restaurant. Which for us and most of the guest disliked. Staff are brilliant and lovely.

I honestly cannot believe how beautiful this place was. I read some negative reviews from a few people and started to wonder if we'd regret booking here, but the moment we stepped foot on this Island was just WOW. Beautiful, clean, different food theme very night. The food isn't Michelin star worthy but it's good and there's fantastic choice.

Es war alles im allen ein wundervoller Urlaub der lange in Erinnerung bleibt. Es gibt einfach nichts negatives zu dieser Insel zu sagen. Alle sind super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzigste was man verbessern könnte ist das das Essen oft kalt war. Auch wenn man schon nach Buffet Eröffnung da war. Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung möchte ist diese Insel ein Muss. Was uns auch sehr gefallen hat und definitiv ein Highlight war, waren die Ausflüge. Einmal Delphin Ausflug, Schnorchel Ausflug und Turtle Ausflug. Der Guide ist Mega nett, es waren kleine Gruppen. Es war einfach traumhaft und wir kommen wieder

Amazing island

Vi hade an fantastiskt vistelse. Att vandra runt ön är ca 5 km och det gjorde vi varje morgon. Personalen i restaurangen och boendet överlag var mycket bra. Särskild eloge till Vår fantastiska servitris som tog hand om oss vid varje måltid.

Einfach Unmöglich nach einer 12 Stunden anreise bei der Ankunft an der Reception genötigt zu werden die Transfer und andere anfallende Kosten zu bezahlen. Es hätte auch am nächsten Tag gereicht. Das Essen ein reines Kantinenessen für diese Kategorie von Hotel. Die Insel Wunderschön und das Personal sehr bemüht.

Vacanza molto bella, posto fantastico, il migliore dove sono stato rispetto alle altre due volte, il personale è gentile e disponibile, tutto molto pulito e curato, cibo vario e mai ripetitivo, ottime le brioches a colazione, mai mi è capitato di trovarle, piacevole anche l’accesso alla spiaggia dalla camera con lettini “privati”! L’isola la si gira a piedi in circa un oretta, la struttura organizza il trasporto da e per la loro isola tramite volo interno e barca. Peccato per la barriera corallina, poca, peró si possono ammirare i piccoli squali a riva. Un consiglio ai viaggiatori, evitate di appesantire il bagaglio: champoo, bagnoschiuma e teli mare non portateli, ve li danno loro ogni giorno. Ho trovato solo due aspetti negativi, mi spiace scriverli ma è cosi: 1. alla mia precisa richiesta di quanto costasse il trasporto alla loro isola e come da prenotazione scritta, mi viene comunicato 800$ per due persone, la sorpresa al momento del check-in, mi ritrovo dove pagare (con carta di credito perche non ho contanti), più di 900$, perche non dirlo o specificarlo al momento della richiesta o prenotazione? Non si fa cosi!!! 2. Tariffa all inclusive, perche al mattino cappuccino, latte caldo o cioccolata, sono a pagamento se è all inclusive? Quando poi, nel sel service, il latte freddo era presente? Comunque nel complesso voto 8. Grazie Hondaafushi, consigliato
