「The let down were breakfast where things you come to expect to be available such as cereals, fruit juices, jams, and fruit we not available except as an additional cost. When I collected my bill, I saw that a glass of orange juice at breakfast juice £11. The other disappointment was the Spa which cost £70 per couple if you use it. In all hotels I have stayed in, both the above facilities were available to Guests as standard, NEVER as an additional cost.. This is particularly surprising given...

「Nice room and great breakfast but bed was a bit hard and the sink in our room filled up and water took ages to go down. Also black bits came out of the cold tap so we didn’t fancy drinking the water from it. 」
