"The hotel is a budget hotel surrounded by eateries and convenient stores. recommended for one night stay but not recommended for female customers. Safety is a concern because could not lock from inside and the room can be accessed by other customers with their access card. I strongly suggest the hotel management to do a thorough security check on all doors, add a security door chain and a lock that can be locked manually from inside."

"Front desk receptionist who attended to me at check-in was helpful and professional.
Was given a room that has a nasty odour; like wet blankets left in a room. Room was changed to my request. Next room was ok, but air-conditioning was noisy. In the evening I asked another person at front desk if they could send someone to have a look at the aircon; nobody came. Gave up. I guess for the price I paid, couldn't expect much. Lucky it was only a night stay. Staff there is friendly. "

"Guest Service staff was helpful in checking in and arranging the Melaka River Cruise.
F&B & Kitchen staff are helpful and friendly. Even though i ordered room service 5 minutes before their closing time, they agreed to cook and send it over to my room without showing sour face.
Most of the time spend hanging around Melaka so i cant comment much about the hotel.
The rooms are just nice to stay if you are not a fussy type whom just need a room to sleep.
