"Hotel is about 5 months old and was absoleutly lovely to stay at. The staff were warm, attentive and friendly. Very helpful. Benedict was awesome, made great conversation and had helpful suggestions. We had drinks and breakfast at the hotel and were not disappointed. Their pisco punch was delicious. The room was neat and clean. It's a 8 minutes walk to Panchita and even less to the busy city centre. Great location!"

"The hotel was great. Very clean, modern, and breakfast was good. Would stay there again. Some minor complaint is that our key card kept having issues where it wouldn't unlock the door. In addition, when I called reception from my room to ask about laundry service, they put me on hold and I waited then they hung up. So I just went downstairs myself and spoke to another staff who was able to help. Again, very minor but overall I liked the hotel and would stay again."
