Probleem met betaling tussen hotels.com en het hotel. hotels.com betaald, maar hotel zegt niets ontvangen te hebben. Meerdere telefoontjes van hotels.com werden door de eigenaar weggedrukt. Eten en lunch ook zeer matig.

Peu satisfait

La chambre est vieille, et mal entretenue. La lampe de chevet était complètement cassée, la lavabo bouché.. Le petit déjeuner succint, mais le pot de confiture moisi.. Pas top... ce n'est qu'un 2 étoiles, mais au vue des prestations, cela ne mérite pas plus.

Le chauffage au sol nécessite du temps alors la chambre était froide en arrivant, mais une fois signalé on nous a apporté un radiateur électrique. L'absence de porte de douche nous a dissuadé de nous doucher sous peine d'inonder le wc et la salle de bain.

Bien pour des soirées étapes

Bon accueil, chambre propre, diner et petit déjeuner correctes. C est tout ce qu'on demande pour une soirée étape. Seul bémol, ça sent la nourriture dans les chambres au dessus du restaurant.

It was horrible experience. I booked the hotel since it says in hotels.com thats dogs are allowed, when I arrived the owner lieterally threw me out physically because he dont like or allow dogs. He did not want to see my reservations. I had payed the hotel he did not care. It was a scary and very unnpleasent experience. I travel a lot and I am not scared easily but this was really awfull.

Annonce trompeuse sur la qualité de l'hôtel

Propreté douteuse de l'Etablissement. couloir en mauvais état, sale et tachée au sol. chambre n° 08 obsolète (peinture murale gris ciment et porte rose bonbon !) on ne peut pas faire le tour du lit faute de place. télévision petit écran. jardinière à la fenêtre remplie de mégots. salle de bain avec moisissures Seuls les draps étaient parfaits. Le droit au logo de "Logis de France" est douteux, on est loin du cahier des charges.

Couloir pas nettoyé. Chambre non avenante qui ne correspond pas aux photos incapacité de faire le tour du lit pas de place. Lavabo qui ne se vide pas correctement. Douche avec moisissures. Dépôt de mégots non retiré sur le rebord de fenêtre. Seuls points positifs ; personnel aimable et draps parfaitement propres et repassés . Ne correspond absolument pas aux critères "logis de France". Mérite une inspection de votre part.

Rien à dire sur la chambre, correcte, calme, propre. 2 bémols toutefois: impossible de recharger portables, la seule prise de la chambre est détériorée Accès wifi impossible de se connecter le matin, comme si l accès avait été invalidé avant le départ du client. L 'accueil est à revoir, l hôtel est pourtant labellisé logis de franc Nous avons aussi mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel, je déconseille. Je demande la carte des vins... Réponse orale : Sidi brahim, boulaouane Le repas menu à 23 € quelconque : produits surgelés ou sortis directement de l industrie agro alimentaire. Pour info, je suis restaurateur et cuisinier

Ein "überraschendes" Hotel

Nach expedia war das Einchecken bis 22 Uhr möglich. Aber bereits um 21:50 war alles zu. Es war eine Telefonnummer ausgehängt. Aber es war nur eine Verständigung in Französisch möglich, was wir nicht sprechen. Niemand vom Hotelpersonal spricht Englisch. Die expedia Anmeldung war wegen einer Störung im Faxgerät nicht angekommen. Zum Glück hatte ich die Buchungsbestätigung mitgenommen. So haben wir nach einigem hin und her doch noch ein Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer hatte keine Heizung, es war kalt. An der Decke waren Schimmelflecken. Daher die doch eher negative Bewertung.

On y a passé la nuit du Réveillon pour éviter de prendre la route après la fête. Pour une nuit ça passe, sinon hôtel vieillot et chauffage au sol trop chaud.

No air conditioning

The room was tiny, and there was no air conditioning. This can be a problem in a hot summer day. If you open the window - the noise from the street would be too much, and mosquitos flew in. We went to bed at 11:00 PM, and none of us could fall asleep until 1:30 AM. The other thing is the room is perhaps above the hotel kitchen. You got all the food smells.

hotel bof et chambre médiocre mais propre

Accueil dans le noir. La chambre donne vue sur une cour en travaux...remorque et bétonnière. On entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans l hôtel de sa chambre. Même le pommeau de douche ne tient pas. Sans oublier les mégots de cigarettes dans la jardinière défraîchie a la fenêtre. Point positif la chambre était propre et le petit déjeuner correct. Juste suffisant pour une courte nuit

Une surprise positive.

Cet hôtel est complétement rénové. Chambre, salle de bain et toilette très propres. Les nouveaux propriétaires très accueillantes et serviables comme toute la personnelle. Le petit déjeuner un peux "pauvre" pour un prix de 6,50 euros.
