"Overall, I had a good experience and no major issues during my stay, and I would consider returning given the value for money. On arrival, I was allowed to pre-check in as I arrived early, although the room was not available yet, which was fine. However, staff at reception could have been more attentive, as I was initially not given a meal card for my stay. The room was basic but sufficient for my needs. None of the TV channels were working, which didn’t affect me personally but could be an issue for other guests. The main drawback was the lack of soundproofing — noise from surrounding rooms and corridors was very noticeable. There is a safe in the room, but it costs €5.50 per day for the key, payable in cash only, which felt inconvenient compared to card payments elsewhere. The requirement, along with a disclaimer about no responsibility for valuables not stored in the safe, felt a bit unnecessary. The hotel is in a convenient location with shops nearby and around an 8-minute walk to the beach. It is also well connected via a direct bus route from the airport. Dining options nearby are mostly casual kebab-style restaurants rather than more authentic local cuisine. Facilities were adequate: a simple pool area and a small bar serving food and drinks (not included in the stay). Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold options, including coffee and juice. Dinner was more basic, buffet-style with limited authenticity, but still tasty. Drinks not included."

"Marcelo ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns bei allem soweit es geht geholfen.Die Villa ist sehr schön und groß. Die Lage ist ruhig und man stört auch niemanden. Sehr zu Empfehlen für eine Größere Gruppe oder eine große Familie. Highlight war der Außenbereich mit Pool. Ein großen Dank an den Gastgeber Marcelo."

"This is such a lovely place and we had a wonderful time, staying in a junior suite with our 5mo old baby. Staff are helpful, the food was lovely, and the building and surroundings are peaceful and stunning. Just a couple of things to note if you’re planning on staying in a junior suite here, which made it a 4 rather than 5 star review: 1) they don’t allow any cooking nor do they provide anything other than one very small saucepan and crockery, despite advertising the suite as having a hob and mini kitchen. This wasn’t a problem, but not as advertised, 2) There is also ‘tea and coffee facilities around the property’ as described, these are to-order drinks from the bar which again, fine, but not as described. We had to ask for a kettle to make formula milk for our baby. 3) some parts of the room (eg air con) need updating! Absolutely doable but only after being on full blast on the coldest setting for two days."

"Un très bon hôtel pour un séjour proche de Palma. Le rapport qualité prix est très raisonnable. Le personnel est très agréable et l’hôtel en lui même est très beau. Le brunch le matin est assez diversifié tous les jours ce qui est agréable. Je conseille fortement cet hôtel ! Par contre il est quasi nécessaire de louer une voiture dans ce coin là puisque l’emplacement n’est pas très dynamique."

"It was a first time booking through Expedia and all was very efficient. The hotel was good, it has all I needed and more. Clean room, private bathroom, balcony, pool (haven’t used tbh I prefer the sea, but it was very well maintained and area kept clean. The staff was super helpful and reception works 24/7 so they are available in case of any emergencies. I red online that people had problem with ants, I kept some food on the top like bread and cheese but haven’t noticed any ants at all. Location is also great, reasonably close to the sea and super close the bus stops can take you anywhere around the island* (tap your bank card on entry and exist). * often you will need to change in Palma to another bus. Overall very good stay. I added rate good but not excellent due to noise. I’m guessing because it’s a good for budget it attracts many very young people which are focused on partying, and the walls are super thin, so better have earplugs of you have a light sleep."
