Good hotel if you get a deal

This is a large hotel that seems to specialize in tour groups and families. But for the individual traveler it is fine. It is true that the rooms are a bit worn, but if you can get a good price then it could be well worth it. With full board included this is a convenient place as long as you don't wont to go into town too often. The tourist zone itself is depressing and the facilities around have little character. But the hotel has a nice beach and a great pool. There is wifi only in the lobby. The staff are a bit offhand and don't have a good idea how to treat the visitors. But that's a small deal.

Very nice place, but the reception tried to skam us. We booked half pension prior to our stay via Expedia. The staff in the reception said that a female member of the staff had made a mistake when she offered half pension to our booking. This hotel only had all inclusive. We got all inclusive without alcohol. They asked us if we could help this unfortunate employee, because she would have to pay for the difference between "half pension" and "all inclusive without alcohol" from her own pocket, otherwise she would be sacked. They apealed to our empathy. We chose to follow the advice from locals in the tourist business who doubted this story, so we did not pay.

Un receptionniste au prenom de Hatem, tres hautain ! qui ne sait pas parler a la clientele ! Qui ne maitrise pas les logiciels de reservation . Se permet de dire que l’on va dormir a la reception malgre que l’on a reserve . Loin d’un 4 etoiles vu la proprete du site et l’acceuil reserve aux clients. Plus un gardien de prison qu’autre chose

Mein Mann durfte mich und meinen Sohn nicht mit dem Auto bis zum Eingang bringen, da er nicht auf der Gästeliste stand. Er musste am Tor bleiben, wir mussten unser Gepäck 100 m zu Fuß ins Hotel bringen. Unser Zimmer war neben einer lauten Baustelle. Ein Security Mann war mir gegenüber sehr aufdringlich. Das Hotel wirkt leider sehr unfertig und wird offensichtlich nicht gewartet. Besonders der Wasserpark, der nur teilweise verfliest wurde. (Fußwege aus Beton) Nur in den Pools gibt es Fliesen. Dort sind auch ganze Flächen von Fliesen ausgebrochen, bzw. habe ich mir in einem Pool deshalb sogar die Zehe verletzt. Im hoteleigenen Indoor Pool ist an der Decke die Glasscheibe gebrochen. Ich habe mich gefragt wann das wohl passiert ist und ob ich am Beckenboden in eine große Scherbe steigen würde. Ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie im Ausland Durchfall bekommen, leider hat es mich hier erwischt. Gläser, Teller, Besteck waren abwechselnd schmutzig. Das Personal, bis auf den erwähnten Security Typ, war ausgesprochen freundlich. Sie tun halt den Begebenheiten des Hotels entsprechend ihr Möglichstes.

Hôtel : + Chambre spacieuse, buffet assez diversifié - : chambre et hotel sale. ( Encore des selles dans les WC et traces de boue dans la douche a notre arrivée). Faite attention, ma réservation s'est faite automatiquement avec all inclusive avec alcool ( ce qui m'a fait payer beaucoup plus cher que la formule qui est proposé aux locaux sans alcool) Personnel dans l ensemble sympathique, accueillant et serviable. Aqua Park : + sympa et assez grand - : aucunes règles ou restrictions dans le parc. le personnel n est pas du tout encadrant ni responsable et le parc est ouvert à l extérieur aussi.

The reception team are really bad, they asked me to pay extra 100 euro because I’m not European ! We were waiting from 2pm until 5pm to do the checkin me my wife and my kids ( 4 & 1 years old ). I choose this hotel because of the aqua park for one night and the aqua park close at 6. At the reception they did not gave us any card to access the park so we returned to the reception me & my family 3 times to access the park & we made it finally at 5:35 but all the slides was closed. I travel more than 1000 km by car from Algeria to get this bad service.

Dans la chambre le meuble était cassé. C vieux. Le buffet n était pas bon. Certains serveurs étaient très corrects d autres étaient complètement dans l indifférence. Quand on rentre on dirait qu’on rentre en zone protégée tellement c’est contrôlé.

C'est formidable de pouvoir manger dehors, de choisir à quelle heure nous désirons manger, il y a toujours quelque chose, toute la journée. Un serveur passe nous voir à la mer pour nous servir une boisson. Il y a le buffet du soir qui est très bien aussi avec des grillades à l'extérieur. La possibilité d'aller dans un restaurant et de choisir un menu une fois dans la semaine ou le plaisir de manger dehors vers la piscine midi et soir. Les serveurs sont très sympa, làbas, ça fonctionne avec une petite pièce, c'est dans leur coutume, si vous leur donner 2 dinars (0.60 cts euros), ils s'occupent à merveilles de vous. Le personnel est très chaleureux

ci vorrebbero molte parole per spiegare quanto accaduto.....comunque in parole povere arrivato verso 01.30 di notte la camera nn era pronta io ho prenotato una camera con balcone vista mare e mi ritrovo in una stanza dove a malapena intravvedo un angolo di giardino con vista di altre camere un posto da dimenticare poi non parliamo del cambio lenzuola che avviene solo su richiesta cosa che nn sapevo almeno dopo la prima settimana avrebbero potuto cambiarle di iniziativa...dopo una decina di giorni qulcosa nn mi tornava sulla stanza e vado alla recemption per spiegazioni e vengo trattato in modo alquanto sgarbato dal direttore come se avessi chiesto chissa cosa all'ora mi sono rivolto immediatamente all'agenzia EXSPEDIA dove con nn poche difficolta sono riusciti a risolvere la mia situazione, anzi devo dire che siccome l'hotel nn aveva nessuna intenzione di rimborsarmi il disagio camera EXSPEDIA ha provveduto in poche ore a darmi un rimborso piu che soddisfacente mentre l'hotel mi ha trasferito per le ultime 4 o 5 notti in un camera da sogno nn pretendevo una cosa simile semplicemente per quello che avevo pagato comunque una camera vista mare con terrazzo su una torre adiacente alla mia camera con anche un bel balcone anch'esso vista mare che dire ad essere un po piu onesti da parte dei resp. forse nn succ.svariate lamentele da parte mia .In spiaggia pers.di sicurezza approfitta sugli ambulanti portando a loro via cibo o sigarette per poter vendere nell'area beach.disgustoso.

Markkinoilla Mahdiassa

Kyseessä on jokakeväinen Mahdian markkinoilla käynti naapureiden kanssa. Torstaina aamupäivällä Mahdiaan, perjantana markkinat ja lauantaina aamupäivällä paluu kotiin. Olemme käyttäneet ko hotellia melkein joka kerta käydessämme markkinoilla. Hotelli on siisti ja kohtuullisen matkan päässä keskustasta. Olemme valinneet sen,koska valitsemme aina all-inclusive-vaihtoehdon. Mukava muutaman päivän irtautuminen arkirutiineista!

Le camere sono carine, ottimo buffet anche per la colazione, area tranquilla e sicura, piscina olimpionica, ci si perde, più una interna riscaldata da usare anche nella brutta stagione. Parcheggio custodito. Affacciato su di un'ottima spiaggia di sabbia.

Direkt am Strand, schönes Meer, Personal schlecht

Die Hotelanlage ist momentan noch ganz schön, wird aber wegen der minimalistischen Pflege nicht lange so bleiben. Sehr faules und unfreundliches Personal. Das Essensbuffet ist zwar vielseitig, aber leider ist die Küche nicht besonders talentiert, sogar die Nazionalgerichte (wie z.B. Couscous) konnten Sie versauen. Wir bekamen zwar ein tolles und grosses Hotelzimmer, doch das Putzpersonal schaute bei der Arbeit zu oft weg und die Handtücher fehlten nachher. Also, das Hotel ist nur für Reisende mit geringen Erwartungen geeignet.
