"We had a wonderful stay at the Flower Road Villa! There are three bedrooms upstairs with king beds and en suite bathrooms; this is the space with air conditioning. The living areas downstairs are spacious and take advantage of indoor/outdoor continuity. The location was quiet and well situated to get around Colombo. Most impressively the staff was fantastic. "One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. "Det er ganske enkelt det bedste hotel vi har boet på. Vi var der fra d. 1/3 til 10/3 2026 da vi ikke kunne flyve retur til Danmark pga. krigen i Mellemøsten. Personalet er fantastisk og de yder en service vi ikke har oplevet før andre steder. Værelset var god størrelse, rent og udsigt over byen og havet. Et flot poolområde og en restaurant med et meget stort udvalg af mad af høj kvalitet. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage."
