Instead, the staff said that they prepared a room for me in another hotel with same quality. I followed the staff, but the hotel was not at same quality. No hot water, no wifi, very dirty bed and sheets, so many mosquito in the room... While I checked inside of room, the staff fled. It was unacceptable experience.」
