Absolutely horrible. Will never ever stay here again. We checked in to a plunge pool villa. The pool was dirty and gross, beach towels laid out hasn't been washed in forever. Inside there is no ceiling fans only the stand alone portable fans. It was so hot with no air conditioning. The bed sheets were very dirty with dead bugs on them as well as dead bugs around the entire villa. Not to mention as well live bugs, including many mosquitoes. The entire place hasn't been cleaned. Twice, I asked him to come clean and finally, they came the second time and they did change the sheets, but they only brought a dirty broom and dirty rag, with no cleaning products to clean the villa. We asked to check out two other places that offered air conditioning. One of the villas we did accept, they were cleaning it, and they were going to move our stuff to that villa once done. When we got in, it looks as though the place hadn't even been clean. There were dead bugs everywhere and live mosquitoes and other bugs everywhere. Right behind the headboard where you sleep there were live spiders and spider nests, not to mention there were bedbugs! We immediately checked out, didn't even stay the night. We had to hire our own transportation and book another hotel that very night. We tried so hard with multiple attempts to contact expedia and the property and they are refusing to refund us. Despite we never even stayed there and the horrible disgusting experience, they refuse to refund us.

Je suis globalement déçu de cet endroit. Le prix me semble bien au delà de la prestation. Dans le bungalow (j'etais dans le 10) : Il n'y a pas de rideau occultant, la porte d'entrée se ferme mal et laisse passer la lumière et les insectes et lézards. Dans la salle de bain la moustiquaire est détériorée. Le ventilateur au plafond est assez bruyant.

Hôtel superbement placé et personnel dévoué

Au bout d'une piste à moins d'un heure de Majunga, vous arrivez dans un lieu enchanteur avec un personnel à vos petits soins, une vue de bout du monde. Les bungalows sont très agréables (sans clim, il fait chaud, très chaud). A côté de villages de pécheurs avec lesquels l'hôtel monte de projets, on est dans une structure co-responsable et cela se sent. gros bémol la restauration déjeuner-diner où la carte n'est pas à la hauteur de toues les autres prestations

Bel hôtel éloigné du centre de Majunga

Hotel idéal pour une expérience unique inséré à proximité du village de pêcheur d'Antsanita avec une vue magnifique sur le canal du Mozambique. Le seul inconvénient est d'être très isolé à une heure de piste de la ville la plus proche de Majunga mais à Mada... Il faut donc uniquement compter sur les activités vendues par l'hôtel pour sortir de cet environnement apaisé. Idéal pour un couple en voyage de noce. Le personnel et le nouveau directeur sont très à l'écoute. Merci pour leur accueil.

Appréciation Antsanitia Resort

Séjour de début mars très chaud. Nous aurions apprécié davantage notre séjour si nous avions disposé d'une chambre climatisée et d'un lit avec un matelas plus rigide. Le cadre est superbe, la restauration excellente et le personnel prévenant et serviable.

Le cadre est magnifique les chambres sent propres avec Un certain charme'Pas de tv 2 prises Au ras du sol. L'accueil est sympqtiQue. Le Massage est top. RESTE que la coquille est vide. Eloigne de Majunga le client est captif. IL depend pour Tout de l'hôtel, la restauration et le Service sont tres moyens. Le pire est l'organisation des excursions.non seulement Elles sont cheres MAIS le skipper Alain ne fait accun efFort pour rendre accessible le catamaran. en 8 jours je n'ai fait que la balade en charette de zébus 29 E pour 1h de promenade Sans grand intéret. JE ME SUIS ENNUYEE ' NE PAS ALLER DANS CET HOTEL POUR CoNNAITRE LA REGION. Ni pour l' Animation.

Nice resort, great, friendly and helpful staff!

We stayed here in May 2015, in a bungalow, would recommend. It was relaxing, clean and close to the beach and the pool/bar area was nice too. The staff were friendly and helpful and could organise trips/activities for you if you wanted. Would recommend.

L'ambiance zen qui y règne fait qu'on se sent vite bien, comme chez soi ! le service est excellent et les repas sont plus qu'excellent ! de très bons produits frais et divinement cuisinés ! un régal pour les papilles Le cadre est fantastique ! le long trajet par la piste vaut largement le coup ! Resort for relaxing

We stayed 4 nights, could stayed longer because the place was so relaxing. We were upgraded, so suite bungalow was really luxurious. Staff was really friendly, reception, housekeeping, restaurant&bar and spoke good english. Environment is so beautiful around the hotel and bungalows.

We had hoped that the climate would mean the hotel had air-conditioning, but this wasn't the case. The staff were really friendly and efficient. Really went out of their way to accommodate them.

Hôtel très bien situé, au calme, personnel sympa

Bel établissement, bien entretenue. De belles chambres, propres et bien agencées. Bon nombre d'activités, certaines un peu chères pour la prestation. La restauration manque de produits frais de la mer, de plats simples. Regrettable quand elle est omniprésente et que les pêcheurs ici sont très nombreux et le site abondant de poisson. Personnel très agréable et disponible. Les responsables de l'établissement sont soucieux de bien-être de leurs clients.
