8.4/10 Very Good! (975 reviews)
Special mention to Mamata!
I recently stayed, and prior to arriving exchanged over 40 emails with Mamata regarding my son's birthday.
Mamata always responded straight away and was so helpful. The decorations were very tasteful and beautiful.
Upon arrival a few small issues were immediately rectified , (again , by Mamata) ..a real credit to the hotel.
All the staff were very friendly and the massages at the Spa were amazing.
I loved Kathmandu and shed a tear when leaving.
Kathmandu and the people are incredibly special.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (52 reviews)
