Check in was easy and we were kept well informed of the process. There is a great and stocked coffee bar with everything you need. Water and other drinks in the refrigerator along with some snacks on the table for us. Very nice note with instructions for our stay waiting for us. Plenty of towels and bathroom supplies for our stay. Great stay and would definitely stay again.

The neighborhood is filled with boarded up houses and dilapidated houses. We felt unsafe and asked for a refund, and were denied. We choose to stay at the IHG in Magnolia and it was very nice. There are safety concerns with this property.
