We had a great stay and loved the cabin! The area was great and we loved having the fire place to use at night! The property manager was amazing to connect with and very quick to respond!
We had a wonderful time sitting in frint of the fireplace, watching movies and enjoying the beautiful views. Very comfortable cabin with everything we needed foe our stay.
We went here for a long weekend with friends, family and 2 pups! It was a perfect getaway! The house is one of the best we have stayed in! A great mountain getaway!we will definitely be back, very soon! And Eve, our host was wonderful!
We were totally impressed with the cleanliness of the cabin and the Christmas decorations. The views from the porch were very impressive and the kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable furniture and a cozy fireplace made for relaxing evenings.
This cabin is less than a year old and is absolutely gorgeous! The decor is impeccable. It is supplied wiith everything you could possiibly need. The views are breathtaking. I would recommend this cabin to anyone! And Eve the Cabin Fairy us AMAZING!
My family and I stayed at this beautiful cabin during the arctic blast. The cabin itself was perfect, and the views were absolutely amazing. We brought our dogs up with us, which I wish there was proper fencing, as my dogs got loose while we were unloading causing us to search for them the first evening we were there. Thankfully we found them. With the cold, the fire place worked great to keep us cozy, as did the heater. The master bedroom bed topper was a bit uncomfortable, but it didn't cause us any pains. We used the driveway as a hill to sled down, so the kids had a fabulous time. With that being said, there was salt also available, which we spread on the walk ways and driveway for safety purposes.
Other than the dog drama, we had fantastic, cozy time and look forward to going back!
Cabin as described with fantastic views.
After an 8+ hour drive we arrived after dark, unloaded our car then departed for the store to get supplies.
Returned to the cabin to settle in for the night and discovered neither the heat nor cable TV worked. Immediately contacted management who came to the cabin that night to try to remedy problems.
Management contacted HVAC company to arrange for immediate service but were advised truck was 90 minutes away and may not have needed parts. Appointment made for HVAC company to come at 9:00 the next morning. Management also discovered cable TV service had been changed and not available until the next morning. That night we had no heat nor cable TV. Had to change our plans for the next day pending resolution to the problems.
Two days prior to arrival we were offered an additional night at a discounted rate but we informed management our schedule did not allow us to extend our stay. As consideration for the problems we encountered the night of our arrival management repeatedly offered the extra night stay but now at no charge. We again told them our schedule did not allow for an extended stay.
We recognize unforeseen problems can arise. We suggested a refund equivalent to one night of rent as consideration for the problems encountered. Management responded they would initiate an unspecified refund contingent on our review.
The cabin was as described but based on the response to the problems we rate the overall experience as 3 stars.
Excellent location. Views were amazing. House was perfect. It had everything you need and more. Super clean and very well maintained. Communication with the host was easy and quick to respond even though we didn’t need them, because the house has it all and everything is in great shape. Will definitely stay again
Our visit to this cabin was perfect. It was clean, we had everything we needed, communication with the host was easy and prompt. We will be booking this cabin again…
Location was perfect for this beautiful new vacation spot in the mountains. Easy check in and out, beautifully decorated open, concept home, with perfect views of the mountains.
Great hosts, great house.
Wonderful experience - really beautiful cabin with an amazing view, and everything you need provided. Favorite was sitting out on the porch, and eating breakfast and dinner out there- way above the noise yet easy to get up and down the road.
Absolutely loved this cabin with basically 3 Masters. The view off the porch was beautiful with long range view. Cabin was quaint, close to downtown Waynesville and :25 minutes to Cherokee. We will be repeat renters.
The home is exactly what we envisioned and hoped for. This was our first VRBO and it was a home run!
The views off the deck of the Smoky Mountains were out of a post card and the house itself is almost brand new and every possible thing you needed was provided.
We can't say enough positive things about the stay!
