Although it is dog friendly, if you have a dog you cannot use the hotel facilities. Your dog is only allowed in reception and your room. There is no where you can use the dining facilities or have breakfast if you have a dog with you. There is no where near the hotel that you can eat or purchase food and drinks. There are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

Hello Stephen, We are sorry that you were not able to enjoy your stay with your dog, as you say the dog is only allowed in the rooms and at the entrance of the hotel. During the months of good weather they are also allowed on the terrace but right now the weather does not allow it. On the other hand the village is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and there you can find bars, some shops and restaurants, if you come back here do not hesitate to ask at our reception, we will be happy to inform you.Best regards!

Excellent place near motorway but quiet.

We stayed 1 night. Excellent service from the moment we entered. Room was a little dated but very clean.

Hotel conveniente al lado de una autopista

El hotel no está mal, cerca de una autopista y de fácil acceso. La habitación está bien. Por la noche apagaban el aire y hacía calor pero por lo demás bien. Hay bañera en vez de ducha por lo que es más incómodo y sobre todo porque son cortinas. El personal muy amable y atento.

The hotel is well located for travelling down through Spain. The reception and rooms are excellent. The staff are very helpful. We have stayed 3 times as the hotel is dog friendly. However, you can only take your dog to and from the room. We therefore are unable to have an evening meal or breakfast at the hotel. We are not aware of any local places. The hotel is big enough and has enough outside space where they could have a pet friendly area to enable people with pets to have breakfast or an evening meal, however, they do not offer this facility.

Thank you very much for your comment. It is true that dogs cannot be in main floor areas such as a restaurant, as other customers may be disturbed. Due to staff logistics, it is difficult to make different areas. But we will try to continue improving so that our customers are comfortable .I hope to return soon!

Goed voor een overnachting, dicht bij de snelweg gelegen hotel , in een nieuwbouwwijk. Ruime schone kamer. Dineren was lastig, want de zaal was al maximaal gevuld, uitleg daarover kwam pas na een kwartier wachten bij de toegang tot de zaal. Het ontbijtbuffet was dan weer prettig. Al met al een goede overnachting en de tip om een evt. diner tijdig te reserveren.

Hotel rénové mais vieillissant. La climatisation assez ancienne s'est coupée, minibar éteint en arrivant, restaurant convenable menu tout compris à 20€.

"Pequeños peros"

Sí obviamos que la habitación tenía dos camas y no una cama de matrimonio como se había pedido en la reserva y aunque se solicito cambiarlo no hubo posibilidad de hacerlo y que la temperatura programada era un poquito baja para mi gusto y en la habitación no podías modificarla, todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.

Excelente desde los recepcionistas,los empleados del restaurante espectaculares durante la cena y el desayuno y para terminar las camareras de habitación de 10...En definitiva todo de 10 incluyendo lo bonito del hotel y de las habitaciones.

Highly hotel

From a distance the hotel looked rather motel like from its neon yellow HOTEL sign, but when you arrive, you see it fronted with a beautifully kept garden with lush trees hung with lights and a perfectly manicured lawn The reception and lounge area is equally tastefully, traditionally furnished The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds, quiet and nice views The area is a quiet hamlet and seems safe There is both outdoor and an indoor locked car park Supper was a delightful affair on the lawn, a delicious salad served with a smile and very attentive waiters

Prettige overnachting in een wat gedateerd hotel Wel schoon, goede bedden maar erg warme kamer. Vanwege de aanwezigheid van onze hond roomservice besteld. Menu met huzarensalade, vis, en cheesecake was erg lekker, Met wijn, brood en water voor maar 18 euro pp. Goede omgeving met park om de hond uit te kunnen laten.

Una sorpresa agradable. Aunque las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas, todo resultó agradable y correcto. La habitación amplia y con una cama cómoda. La variedad del comedor adaptada a la necesidad, sin lujos, pero correcto.

Recomendable, volvería a alojarme allí

El hotel está bien ubicado si viajas en coche particular, a 8 minutos de Palencia ciudad. El personal es muy agradable y atienden a las peticiones. La cocina del restaurante también es positiva y las habitaciones limpias y amplias, no escatiman en cambios de toallas.....
